As the colossal shadow dragon's immense maw made contact with the two elemental dragons, a sudden eruption of radiant light burst forth, engulfing the entire chamber in a dazzling spectacle.

Within the jaws of the shadow dragon, however, was not what it expected. Instead of a satisfying meal, it found itself struggling to swallow an enormous egg that had materialized before it, defying the confines of its mouth.

Undeterred, the shadow dragon relentlessly gnawed at the colossal egg before it. Even though they were ethereal manifestations of energy, their attacks could still have tangible effects.

With the forceful impact of the shadow dragon's tooth, a hairline fracture spiderwebbed across the surface of the giant egg.
