The Empire High School

My name is Katherine Adebowale. I am the only female child of my parents Mr Bayo & Mrs Joke Adebowale. And a sister to 5 Big Brothers, only one of my brothers left not married - the 5th Child. He is in Italy studying. All the others married, with children. I missed them so much. My mom and I go on a round of visits every year. Vancouver, Wales,Scotland and Manchester. I turned 18 two months ago. I am what you might describe as "Tall" with a long black hair, very fair skin and plump lips. I am unbelievably shy. Everyone makes me nervous actually. I'd so adore being the cool sort. I can say I'm very reserved. And once I get to know someone and we become close all of sudden I am entirely different. Confident and very capable. My mom own several boutiques in Lagos. My father is a Businessman. They are very busy people. They both travelled a lot. When I was 12,I left home for the boarding school since no one was around to look after me. I attended the Girls College in Abuja. My mom is very funny, kind and generous. My dad is kind and nice but not funny. I loved my parents,no doubt about that. But I was particularly close to my Mom. She was the only true friend I had even though she wasn't always around. But she came around on my birthdays and whenever she was less busy at work. My Father hardly remembered birthdays, including his own. However, Mummy would never forget. I remembered mom fought with him when she found out he didn't send me a present when I turned 16. He apologized and made things up to me. When I turned 18,dad sent me greeting card and gave me a Teddy bear when I came home. Whenever mom was around, she always made me feel I could discuss anything with her. My dad could be strict on some things. I recalled on my 17th birthday, mom gave me a cellphone as a gift but dad didn't let me use it. He said I was too small to use a cellphone. I had cried that year but there was nothing I could do because his mind was made up.

The Demon Prince's Captive

"A thousand kingdoms would tear themselves apart to behold the power nestled inside your core. You aren't some beautiful princess with a fairytale sitting at the end of some great rainbow, girl. You're a monster with wolves and demons beneath your flesh, and your soul reeks of a long and bloody path of pins and needles." The blind Mudang Shamen told Eun-Ju as she ran the tips of her leathery fingers along the lines of Eun-Ju's palm. “You will live by the ways of the sword and the people you love shall fall to peril from its honed and ruthless blade.” She yanked her hand free, eyes wide and fearful as she held it by the wrist. Bloodshed would revolve around her? Did this shamen know she was out of place, that this body didn't belong to her? ------------------------------------------ Namgung Eun-Ju knew she was going to die. An infamous mafia gang from Seoul breaks into Eun-Ju’s mansion and murders her in front of her father as punishment for his unpaid debts. And as Eun-Ju lay dying, she wished she had more time to mend her relationship with her father. With her last dying breath, she remembers the stories of another world her mother often told her about as a child, and her soul is transferred to a historical Joseon-like world filled with cultivation, Immortals, and demons. Eun-Jun wakes up in a body that isn’t her own, learning that not only was the previous owner the Second Daughter of the Jade clan, but she held a thousand secrets and multiple enemies wanted her dead. Soon she realizes the stories her mother told her weren’t fairytales; they were real, and who Eun-Ju was, who this Sung-Ryung was, was the center of the puzzle. ——————————————————————————— Join the Dark Fantasy world of Gyeongju. •Cultivation •There are systems but I will add them as the story progresses. • Based on Historical Korea but not Historically Accurate since it’s fantasy. •Transmigration. •There will be R18 scenes but with plot and it isn’t the main focus of the plot. {most of the R18 will more than likely be gore, violence, foul language, and gisaeng's.) If you have any more questions about what’s in this book and what’s not, just leave a comment and I’ll reply. ————————————————————————— Donations will definitely help me have more time off or have more of a chance of becoming a full-time writer and giving you the best damn stories you deserve.
