A hundred years have passed since the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Sasuke, who witnessed the departure of his mentor, close friends, wife, daughter, and fellow comrades, finally reaches the end of his lifespan. With no regrets and the long-standing fate coming to an end, he engraves the smile of his great-grandchild, reminiscent of his best friend, into his eyes and peacefully breathes his last breath— or so it was supposed to be.
However, Sasuke finds himself awakening once again. This time, it's before his enrollment in the academy, during his tender childhood at the age of only six. The Uchiha clan has not yet met its demise, and his parents are still alive. Witnessing his brother's suffering, Sasuke makes a decision to change the past.
To save the past and potentially destroy the future— is there hope lying beyond that? That remains unknown to anyone, for now.
