High Cherub Zero

In the underground section of the Palace built for Zero, the mortal that has changed the fate of many lifeforms throughout the South Galaxy was currently in thought as he increased the Gravity of his training room.

'Around 300 Years remain.'

The Gravity of the Training room was increased to 5000 times the Gravity of Earth. Zero's body buckled under the weight and his knees slammed to the ground, breaking through the building material known as Beslastic Rock which was said to be 5 times stronger than steel.

'To my subordinates, I am Strong.'

Placing his hand on the ground as his back was hunched over Zero tried to raise his body to an upright position.

'Yet if I were to compare Myself to anyone I wouldn't even be a match for Majin Buu, let alone other more powerful adversaries.'

Raising his Ki output to the maximum Zero forced his body upright as his feet sunk into the rock as if it was sand leaving deep imprints.

'During this Time period, Super Namekians were said to be powerful enough to fight Super Saiyans according to the Namekian book of Legends. I am also unsure if they will be peaceful or not.'

Taking steps forward Zero began his first round of warm-ups to help his body acclimatize to the Gravity.

'The Strongest fighting force we have right now are the Kainko, but besides the Generals and Elders, their hybrid offspring seem to boast a much higher potential for battle.'

Zero placed one foot in front of the other as he took steps forward to gain momentum as his ki raged like a flame.

'These Sapient races are the cards I will play in the future, I have a feeling that the events of the canon may still happen. While not all of them may happen due to my interference Goku seems to have the Aura of the Protagonist on his side.'

Zero's steps continued on until he was able to stand upright and walk at a pace similar to normal.

'Keeping that in mind while not everything will happen in the same way or Order the major events may happen regardless of my intervention. Therefore, I must make my forces strong enough to defend themselves against these antagonists.'

Zero's walking pace eventually sped up to a slow jog.

'So before heading to the North Galaxy I need to ensure that some sort of Training regime is enacted or these happy go lucky folks will think all is in good order.

Due to the Zenkai Boost Kianko and Hybrids will gain the most from strenuous life-threatening battles. With Proper Training the other Races will be no worse they will just have to put in more effort in front of the fraudulent talent that is Saiyan DNA.

In order to do that I have to make a more comprehensive Structure that classifies their power levels, which will, of course, divide them slightly.

This division by fighting should bring forth competition which will lead to more powerful fighters. Of course, when there are class differences within a group of people it will cause some issues. Maybe the issues won't be noticeable at first but in the long run, they will surface.'

His Jog sped up into a run as he used his ki to help negate the force of gravity.

' Low, Mid, High, and Elite were the four Ranks of the Saiyan army which based the ranking of Saiyans based on their innate potential and battle power. I will use a similar system, there will be four large categories and 4 Sub-divisions within each category.

The Highest Rank will be known as the Cherub, their battle power will be within the 1 to 16 Billion range. With 1 Billion to 4 Billion being Cherub(Low Class), 5 to 8 Billion is Cherub(Middle Class), 9 to 12 Billion is Cherub(High Class) and 13 to 16 Billion is Cherub(Elite).

In the Future, the Number of Cherub Class warriors each Planet has will dictate the overall Military Power of that Planet. These numbers will help me make more moves in the future.

Below the Cherub rank will be the Dominion Rank, This will start at a Power Level of 500 Million to 999 Million. 500 Million to 625 Million is a Dominion(Low Class), 626 Million to 750 Million is Dominion(Middle Class), 751 Million to 875 Million is Dominion(High Class), and 876 Million to 999 Million is Dominion(Elite)

Most of the mid-level personnel in the military and the government will fall within the Dominion Rank. Most threats should be able to be solved by these individuals before being brought up to a Cherub Class powerhouse.

Below the Dominion Rank will be the Virtues, This will start at a Power Level of 1 Million to 499 Million. 1 Million to 125 Million is a Virtue(Low Class), 126 million to 250 million is a Virtue(Middle Class), 251 million to 375 Million is Virtue(High Class), and 376 to 499 Million is a Virtue(Elite).

The Low-level members of the military and the Government should fall into the Virtue Category.

Below the Virtues will be the Principalities which will cover all individuals Power Levels 999 Thousand and Below. Normal members of society will be here.

These will be based on the Final Transformation the individual possesses at that time, due to this it is possible for the designated Rank to increase through training but the ultimate purpose behind is to lower my workload.'

After his run Zero stopped, placing his feet shoulder-width apart he started to agitate the S-Cells within his body to take on that Ascendant Form. His Bio-gems Glowed Gold as his power skyrocketed.

'During the Fight with Dojack my power Level was 1.9 Billion and my body could only support a 5 times multiplier of this form. Now that my power Level is 3 Billion I can support a 6 Time Multiplier still a far cry from the full 500 but better.'

The Golden aura raged in the underground training facility as the Gravity and his own power started crushing him.

'Before I leave I will also master this form.'
