They came to an abrupt pause with Ivy's heart pounding vigorously against his stomach. “...and Lance, The Alpha's messenger, is this how you tell her she's going to die?.” the voice gave a mocking chuckle. “She's not going to die!.” Lance retorted “Oh? Well, Ivy, if you must journey back to the world beyond, you have to die, to save your kingdom.” the voice spoke without remorse.

He vowed he would survive, live for this girl like his life wasn't his own and cut down any blood sucker that posed harm to her. Darcel was no better, forced into submission and could only keep his mouth shut when it came to decisions. He didn't mind it though as he was never a sweet talker but he decided invading the upper floors was too much. "Do we really have to do this mother?" His mother scoffed, folding her legs in ignorant elegance, "Are you becoming soft Darcel? This is merely a fight for land, you should be aware that there are more trivial things in the world." Once again he was looked down on but he couldn't brush it off as easily. He felt ashamed to be born from such a petty, disastrous woman.
