Chapter 62: Talent (part 1)

After arriving in the forest. I looked around to see if there was anyone here. 

I placed Xu'er down. Xu'er is blushing and I couldn't help but laugh a little. She pouted but soon laughed as well.

"Did you see the look on their faces when you flew off?" 

I laughed at her question. All of them were rather enraged. 

"Xu'er, why didn't you reject their proposal?" her laughter stopped.

"I'm rather indebted to the family, so I couldn't reject their proposal."

  Did she feel indebted? I thought. Sure, her family has helped her a lot, but they have no right to dictate her fate.

"You know already that because of my sickness, my family took care of me ever since I was born. Since they've taken care of me, I shouldn't be stubborn in choosing, like say food, fashion, where I go, all those stuff. If it was me before, I would've agreed with the marriage without a second thought."

I listened to her, and I continued with what she was saying.
