Talking to the planet spirit

It's boring. I have lost count of how many times I have said that. Not aloud but in my mind. It amazes me as well. I am the type who loves to laze around.

But when I am just lying down, I feel bored. As a human, this is quite normal. After all, humans by nature, are fickle creatures. They will do what are told not to do.

It shames me that I am a human. And yet, I am proud that I am a human. This line of thought is dangerous. I stop thinking about that for now.

Again, I am alone in this house. Aegis and Aera should be in their compact forms. The only person in this house is probably that planet spirit. That's what System told me anyway.

(Clive, is that how you actually see me?)

See you how? I don't understand what you're saying.

(You know, a curvaceous white haired Valkyrie. Is that how you see me?)

If you are talking about that image then I don't know. Seems pretty on point except your body that is. I mean, aren't you like really tiny?

(I will get mad at you. My original form is similar to that. I only appear before you like that because you still have a long way to go.)

So you still have a few transformations left. Aren't you sneaky?

(Well, my race is not so concerned about our looks.)

Well, as an extra-dimensional race, I don't think you should be. Looks only matter when you are among humans. Humans are born with a discriminatory heart.

(Well, let's have this philosophical conversation later. It seems that she is done with her bath.)

Took her long enough. What was she doing?

(Deciding! She was thinking about the future.)

By the way, where is Doris? I haven't seen as of late.

(Doris was healing you. But she exhausted herself so she went back inside to your singularity. The planet you own has a few good power spots. She is rejuvenating herself.)

I guess I need to make it up to everyone. I have given them a lot of troubles.

(Really, you should. I mean, I had to come to you to heal you. It was awkward trying to explain who I was.)

Eh? You came as well. Thanks for that. But, didn't everyone go mad? I mean, that sight of you is enough to drive anyone from this plane mad.

(I came in a different body. It looks similar but is actually built like a human. So no one would go mad.)

That's good. I have to take note of it. I can't fall sick again.

(But, every time you fall sick, you become stronger. You have fallen sick twice. And look, you have become too strong. However, you are reaching your human potential.)

It doesn't matter. Human potential is enough for me. I don't really want to become something other than a human.

(But you will hit the limit soon. By the time you are through with Jupiter, you will hit the absolute human limit.)

Then, I will make a stronger human vessel and inhabit it.

(Ahh…..it's no use arguing. We'll decide when the time comes.)

Yeah. I feel like I can deal with Jupiter even now but where's the fun it. I need to rest and stabilize my strength. In doing so, Hazel, Aura, Eden and Fay will master their strength as well.

(I'll leave that up to you.)

I was having a good talk with System with my eyes closed. I hadn't noticed it but someone is sitting on the bed beside me.

I open my eyes and look at her. Yes, she is undoubtedly beautiful. Glossy black hair like the starry sky and peachy white skin, she looks like a goddess from the mythology.

"Are you awake, master?"

"Yes. I am awake. How are you feeling? This is the first time we are having a conversation. Sorry for not being able to name you."

"It's okay master. I understand the strain your powers have put on your body. You just rest. Leave everything to us."

"I heard that Doris is currently on your main body?"

"Yes. That Undine sure is a chatty one. A water spirit of her degree should be calm and collected. Water represents tranquility after all. But she is as restless as a wind spirit. Sylphs will be jealous if they learn of her."

"She wasn't like this before. But I suppose, she was influenced by me."

"I don't mind being influenced by you master. I was wandering the space aimlessly, looking for a place to die. You gave me another chance. I won't let this chance go to waste."

"My question also? Why were you wandering the space? Every planet is supposed to orbit around a star. Stray planets usually float around before they collide with other astronomical bodies."

"Master sure knows a lot about us planets. But your terminology is a bit different."

"I come from a planet where the gods had already left. We humans stood on our own two feet and developed something totally of our own. We didn't rely on the gods nor the magic in the atmosphere.

And my home planet lost the majority of its magic to seal away the Titans. We developed new technologies and thrived for millennia."

"Master, did you mention the Titans? As in the predecessors of the olympian gods?"

"Yes. I come from a planet named earth or you may know it as Gaia."

Hearing this, she freezes. Her face is ice cold and she isn't blinking. I wait for her to recover.

"Pardon my rudeness, master. However, if you really come from Gaia, you are by no means an ordinary being."

"Sorry to disappoint you but I am a human."

"…..surely you jest, master!!!"

She is trying to smile but isn't. I can see it. The confusion on her face.

"I am a very normal human being. There's nothing special about me."

She falls silent again. I guess even a planet spirit is having a hard time understanding what I am saying. How did Hazel and Aura accept it so easily?

(Hazel has been with you since the very beginning. Of course she will believe it. Aura believes it because I told her so.)

Isn't that coercion? Anyway, I shake the planet spirit because she was not breathing. She came to her senses and started gasping for air.

"I know that it sounds impossible but I am a human. I was minding my own business until one day, the gods sent their spaceship to exterminate humanity. From then on, I am traveling."

"I see. I did the right thing in becoming your servant, master. Please, don't abandon me."

"No need to be so formal. You are not my servant. Do whatever you please. I am not stopping you. I liked the ideology of the Titans. Freedom and harmony is the best."

I sound like a cult leader. Although my communication skills aren't very good. I don't know how persuasive I was but I take it that it was successful.

I should start thinking of a name that would suit her. After all, she seems like a fine woman. She would obviously need a fine name.
