A normal day in May City.

Angelina is slouching around her office after finishing her paperwork.

Anna is sitting on the sofa, double-checking the paperwork.

Angelina asked a question after she finished double-checking.

"What would you like to eat later?"

"Are you going to buy my lunch?"

"No, I am just asking."

Angelina is teasing her, but it appears that she is too tired to play along.

"On second thought, the bill is mine for today. Let us visit the new restaurant later."

When their lunch break starts, the two woman eat on a restaurant.

They go back to the guild building, their face is full of satisfaction.

However, when they arrived at her office, Angelina saw her right arm.

Maui is the leader of the hidden force of the Valentine Family.

Angelina sits on her table and Maui begin his report.

Learning something she didn't expect makes her angry and anxious about it since a third party join.

Maui continues his report after seeing her expression that tells him to continue.

"The King already knew the betrayal of the third prince but he has no solid proof to show—"

While they are in a meeting, a person barges the room.

Erica emerges with a smile on her face.

"I'm sorry but I heard everything. Unfortunately, it seems that your intelligence is outdated."

Angelina realizes what she wanted to say.

"Yes, it is."

"Then it seems that the war wouldn't come sooner."

Their conversations might be confusing but what Angelina meant when she asked about her recent job is the recent job she is taking for the past few days since she's been missing for about a few weeks and only just arrived today in the May City.

They are talking about having no evidence of connecting the third prince to the Imperial Han Country but Erica is the investigator who take the job of it and according to her, she found an evidence and already give it to the king, making the war not happening earlier.

It will happen eventually, but they will try to keep the peace on the surface for as long as possible.

While the heavy atmosphere lightens, Maui hesitates to continue his report.

Angelina noticed his change and decided to ask if he still had anything to report.

The response they received was not good.

"We discovered something absurd while exploring Imperial Han Country. We discovered a file of Alex."

"Alex? How the hell did they—No, I am stupid if they did not know him, but why are they targeting him?"

This time, Erica asked the question, perplexed by the circumstances.

Unfortunately, Maui is also unaware of the situation.
