Alicia excused herself from attending a class for a week because she was sick.

The professors accepted her excuse, but they were unaware that she had returned to May City.

On the graveyard, she saw her brother's name.

She appears to be half-dead, but as she recalls him, tears start to fall.

She cannot shake the feeling of regret.

She wanted to express her feelings...

She wanted to express that they are not truly siblings...

She wanted to express that even if they are real siblings... 

She wanted to say… but it's already too late.

"I'm sorry."

Behind her, Erica is approaching her.

Alicia gestured for her to stop.

"I know it is not your fault, but I just wanted to be alone for now."

"I see…"

Erica decided to leave her for now.

"So she's the Sword Saint? She's too beautiful!"

"Ms. Alicia look at us!"

"Ms. Alicia!"

The crowd of the Jan City is celebrating the return of the Sword Saint because she protected the capital again.

Everyone is cheering at her but not even once she smile to others.

Other than Sword Saint, she is also known as Cold Sword Saint because she didn't smile even once.

However, many people are still admiring at her beauty.

Arriving at her place, she decided to get some sleep.

After all, she can only see the face of the one person she truly loves in her dreams.

When she saw his face in her dream, she shed tears while smiling.

However, whenever she wakes up, she feels as if the world is telling her to wake up in reality, which she does.

She returns as the cold but heartwarming Saint that everyone knows.

Another task has been handed to her.

A city is in the brink of destruction because of a Curse Magic.

With her troops, it took a day to arrived at the place that has been said.

From the report, it seems that the city become a secret facility to conduct a research about the curse magic.

Unfortunately, their subjects escape and thus the fall happened.

Fortunately, some people have evacuated but no city can accept them because of their large number that's why the higher ups decided to give her the task to immediately subdue the problem.

Alicia sigh thinking that those royalties think that it's easy for her to handle this kind of situation.

The truth is they are correct.

It didn't take her a day before she finally cut the root of the problem.

Once again, the Sword Saint's fame rise.

"Huh? What are you saying?"

One day, the guild leader of the Jan City visit her.

"We want you to join us."

"You want me to become a guild leader too?"

"No. I'm not here as the guild leader of the Jan City but as the representative of the Archive."

"Archive?"

"If you're gonna join us then that's when I will only tell you."

"I'm sorry but I don't want to join in some shady organization."

"Is that so? Then if your gonna change your mind then you can call me."

The man shook his head.

"Is there something wrong?"

Alicia is confused when he suddenly laugh.

"Nothing. It's just I used to use a communication orb a few years but now, we are using so called smartphone."

"…"

"Now that I remember, your brother is the first one who sell these right?"

"…"

"Anyway, thanks for the tea. I am going to leave now."

The man finally leaves.

She hugs her smartphone as she looks at it.

Aside from the sword, she always carries a smartphone because it reminds her of her brother.

She immediately carried out her duty after calming herself down.

An earthquake struck Jan City.

People are panicking, and everyone is running around looking for a safe place.

As the earthquake intensifies, houses and other structures begin to crumble.

In some location, a portal appears in front of the people.

Slowly, the monsters emerge from there.

There is a brief pause before the crowd resumes shouting and running as fast as they can.

A woman falls down because she is out of breath.

A lizard-like monster spotted her.

She closes her eyes, giving up hope and accepting her death.

"Huh?"

She opens her eyes and is surprised to find herself still alive.

"Sword Saint"

The Sword Saint came to save the day.

All of the soldiers are beginning to emerge and attack the monsters.

Alicia led them with all her might until the portals were finally closed.

The capital survives.

Everyone hears a voice, but nobody knows where it came from.

A blue screen appears in the sky, and a man in a joker mask appears.

The man congratulated those who had survived the first outbreak.

He claims that higher beings are currently watching over them.

Everyone has no idea what he is talking about, but they keep listening.

He also stated that scenarios will continue to emerge from this point forward.

"One final piece of advice. If you want to survive, all you need to do is keep them entertained. That is one minute; see you next time!"

The blue screen vanishes from the sky.

Everyone is confused about what is going on, but after a few days, everything returned to normal.

Meanwhile, the leaders of every country are discussing this issue.

Most of them did not say anything important and simply tried to establish a political connection.

Alicia, who is on the sidelines, is bracing herself to punch them.

The world is in danger, and they are attempting to expand their political power?

Do they think this is some sort of joke?

She could not believe they were world leaders, especially in comparison to previous world leaders, who were mostly great leaders.

They decided to return to their home country after the meeting proved ineffective.

However, for Alicia, the meeting is a joke from the start.

There were no leaders at the meeting, only greedy pigs.
