Shisui Uchiha

"Where am I?" A wavy dark haired man muttered to himself, he woke from the side of a riverbed but beside him laid someone that looked identical to himself.

The sun had descended but the beautiful moon took its place making it possible for this man to perceive what was around him and what he was both shocked and surprised him.

"What!?" The man thought to himself, the only difference between himself and this corpse was his missing eyes. "Itachi!" Shisui blurted out, he realized at that moment that he had somehow crossed over into another timeline where one his selves were dead.

Shisui looked confused and perplexed, how did this happen?

Shisui came from a world where he had to kill his best friend for the sake of his clan, a world where the Uchiha went against the leaf thanks to this decision by Shisui.

This resulted in the eradication of the Uchiha clan only that they were viewed as demons in that world.

Shisui was the last one standing, he was covered in wounds and just before he was killed, he found himself here.

it was strange but Shisui was alive. Not only that bit his wounds were healed.

Shisui initially thought it was a genjutsu but his sharingan didn't recognize any abnormalities.

What killed him in this world? Shisui knew he would find the answers he was looking for but first he needed to get rid of this body, Shisui never awoke the Kotoamatsukami in his world so he only had the three-tomoe sharingan.

"This is strange..." Shisui didn't wake up in Konohagakure but somewhere far away.

"Itachi!" Shisui said the name of his best friend right before springing to his feet.

Shisui buried this body and vanished out of there in the blink of an eye, he knew he couldn't go to Konohagakure but his chapped lips told him his body craved something to drink and luckily for Shisui, he was in a nearby village that was too small to even have a name.

He walked casually, Shisui still didn't understand how this was possible but he had every intention of finding out.

He stumbled into a tavern, his black eyes darting around for any Shinobi but there was not a single one in sight.

This wasn't a Shinobi village

"Did you guys hear about the Uchiha clan?" He overheard a group of drunk men carelessly running their mouth but this got his attention.

Shisui assumed that was why he died in this world but why were his eyes missing if this was the case?

"I heard it man, it is scary to think that one man could do such damage!" Another man said.

"One Man?" Shisui initially thought that the circumstance for this clan wipe would be the same as the one in his world but what did they mean by one man?

"The Uchiha clan got wiped out by one of their own. Poetic justice if you will..." The man said and Shisui tensed up because this was no way to be speaking about the Uchiha clan.

"Who did it any way?" Another man chipped in his two cents.

"Itachi Uchiha, I heard he went rogue right after the massacre..." The moment he said this, Shisui's concentration broke from the conversation and he was lost in his head.

"Itachi! What have you done!?" Shisui thought to himself.

Two individuals were seen on a boat gently travelling on the water surface, a cloaked basked man and a geared up young boy. These people were Obito and Itachi Uchiha.

"Itachi, do you have any regrets?" Obito asked the young Uchiha but he got no response.

"Shisui... It's a pity he died before I could get my hands on those eyes..." Obito muttered.

"Shisui Uchiha is dead and his eyes are gone as well. You have held up your end of the bargain and so will I..." Itachi said bluntly. Obito had no interest in carrying on with the conversation because if Shisui's body existed.

Itachi spun the tale, he made everyone believe that Shisui crushed both of his eyes before killing himself supporting his best friend's suicide letter.

"I am sorry Shisui, I had no other choice..." Itachi thought to himself, his face momentarily looking gloom.

An expression that Obito picked up on but he assumed that it was because he had slaughtered his clan, including his parents.

"I have finally gotten my hands on you, Itachi..." Obito thought to himself, the Akatsuki were still a relatively new group that were not yet complete but this was one of the pawns that Obito most craved and now he had him under the guise as Madara Uchiha
