Chapter 5

As I have said "Mass Release!" Yehey!! I'm gonna release about 2 more chapters for y'all to enjoy so hope you like it... This story is slow-paced but I'll be having some time skip... Enjoy (≧∇≦)/

As Mary runs off to her brothers grave she suddenly something, an abyss of infinite darkness has opened near the grave, it screams fear and end to someone who sees it but that didn't matter to Mary, what matters is that someone suddenly came out in there, his body was covered with blood as his clothes are full with taints of dry and fresh blood.

As the body of the man was completely out of the abbys, the abbys suddenly closed as if it was never been there. Mary runs off in his direction as she holds his hands and feels if there's a pulse. She doesn't want someone dying on his brother's grave.

As she feels there is a slow but not so constant thump on his wrist she knew that the man would not last another day, she runs off to Raul's house as she looks for him, she saw him sitting outside as he blew his cigarette's smoke off of his mouth.

Mary runs off in his direction as she shakes his body "Help me!"

"W-What happened?"

"T-There was this man who suddenly came out of nowhere and like this and like!" Her hand moves as she speaks as if it was describing something.

"Whoah, whoah calm down, speak slowly"

"B-But he'll die!"

"What! You should've told me that, then let's go!"

As they arrived near the grave, Raul saw a man who was covered with blood, his hair and clothes are disheveled, his body is also covered with bruises and cuts. Raul carried the man with care as not to make his body bleed more, as they arrived, Raul placed him on his bed as he called a medic to cover his bruises.

2 hours have passed but there was still no sign of the door being opened, another hour has passed and suddenly the door has been opened.

"How was he Chiyo?" Raul asked him

He sighed as he answered "I've done what I could do-" Before he could continue his words he was cut by Mary "What? So you can't do anything to him? Is he dead?"

"W-What? I didn't even tell you that he's dead!"

"T-Then he's still alive?"

"Of course but he lost too much blood so he'll need about 2 months depending on his state but I have discovered something impressive after I cleaned his body, I've seen that some of the dried up cuts are slowly restoring themselves, it's a miracle that he is still alive" as Chiyo excitedly said

"It's fine Chiyo, just let the man rest for a while, we'll soon depart anyway let us visit some other time if he's awake"

"Yes sir!" Chiyo saluted as he walk-off.

"Well, that was good to hear, kid you'll be the one to be helping that guy as we will soon depart"

Mary looks to Raul as she nods to him "I'll hope to see you again"

Raul smirked at her as he lightly said "Me too kid"

"Well, I'll be sleeping on Irka's house since my bed has been occupied"

"Okay" Mary nodded as she spoke again "Be safe, okay?"

"Hahaha! Well, you already said it so of course, I'll be safe!"

Even if it's only a month, Raul grew more fond of this girl, she may be a woman but he considered her as a girl, as he thinks about it he saw a beautiful girl dancing on a grass field full of blossoming flowers, as she smiles the sun also brightens as if it were happy too.

As he imagined that scenery, he was snapped out of it as Irka suddenly walks to him "Sir! The Marines will soon arrive later at night"

"W-What? That was earlier than expected, I thought it will be tomorrow morning, but it is good for us the earlier the better, it's time for Betch to be captured"

He signaled Irka and told him that he'll sleep in his house since his bed was occupied, Irka didn't mind and soon the night comes.

A big ship can be seen sailing on the silent ocean, the ship is a cruiser-like vessel that has three masts, two with two sails and one with a lateen sail. It has six cannons on each side of its hull and four larger cannons situated on the bow. A large circular structure is located in the middle of the ship, and the Marine symbol and name were painted on the sides. These ships serve as the backbone of fleets stationed in the Four Blues and are often seen in large formations acting as their transportation and means of fighting naval warfare.

As it sails nearer the island, we can see a man coated with the standard Marine uniform as he stands on the front as he overlooks the island. "Its been so long since I've last sail this island Raul also left the headquarter to catch Betch but alas, that man is very soft"

"Commander Amir!"

"Hmm?" Amir glanced at a bulky man

"Sir! The weapons are all loaded, we are just waiting for Lieutenant Commander Raul for us to engage with the notorious criminals"

"Good, lower the anchor and let me meet Raul"

"Yes sir!"

Baam~~

The anchor had been pulled down as Amir jumped off from the ship, he walks through the sand as he arrived near the village. Even though the village has been recreated, some of the burned trees and houses are still there.

"Hoooo~ The peacefulness of this village still makes me comfortable, back then when I was still a lieutenant I suddenly discover this small island, it was named as Spokoystviye base from the village chief, well enough talking and let me first see Raul"

As he walks closer to the village he saw Raul standing along with other Marines "Sir!"

"Lieutenant Commander Raul, it's been a while!" Amir smiled at Raul

"It has been a while, sir!"

Amir was guided by Raul to Irka's house, Amir sat on a chair as he leans over it. "So we'll need 20 days to sail Centaurea, are you sure that Betch's ship is badly damaged?" Amir asked

"Yes sir, as it has been 3 months and overlooking their destination they'll need another 15 days to restore their ship as well as get their supplies, and since Centaurea is heavily guarded it is very hard for them to plunder their goods" Raul speculated

"King Cento II is a very cautious man that's for sure but he really doesn't like Marines for some reason and even coldly declines them but for some odd reason his kingdom still flourished" Amir nodded as he puts his hands on his chin

"Let's sail tomorrow let the other Marines take their rest, we'll have to surprise them and sink them all up, these notorious criminals aren't good for the sea!"

"Aye!"

"Prepare the ship! We'll sail and bury those maggots in the bottom of the sea!"
