After 200 years of living in their own bubble, humanity was finally dragged back to Yamani due to their own negligence. Without their knowing, they are returned to the order of life of their ancestors. Humans are back to being slaves who can be enjoyed by all kinds of creatures. One year later, they realized that they were a small part of the humans who lived in that layer of soil, while the rest were still living safely on Earth. The announcement from the Queen awakens the fighting spirit of the old soldiers who want to return to their sins and save humanity. Without being able to realize that all of that is part of the great destruction that will come to them. The battle within the seven layers of hell has finally begun.
After leaving the Black Valley. Putra and Clarissa went to the Rose Garden. The prostitution center was still as crowded as the previous days.
Clarissa had said to Putra that, to be honest, L-05 was the most vulnerable area to being entered by various types of fugitives. The reason is very simple. The L-05 was created for a purpose: to provide entertainment. Everyone comes to this subsoil for a vacation, and the majority of the people who work here are indeed very relaxed about anything.
They were not easily suspicious of anything that came and went around them, nor were they very active in reading the news, so that,in the end, people in this subsoil often missed opportunities to catch fugitives whose information had already spread.
One obvious example is that Putra himself chose L-05 as his hiding place for one year. If it wasn't for this layer of soil that indirectly seemed unguarded, what else could the reason be?
The two of them finally arrived on the first floor of the Rose Garden. They chose to sit at the bartender's table, ordering drinks and looking for more information from all kinds of stories they had heard since they came here. Ever since earlier, since they set foot into this Rose Garden, they kept hearing other creatures telling stories about a human being captured by Candrasa's men and thrown into the Lake of the Stars last night.
Before Putra expressed his curiosity further to Clarissa, the girl first called one of the bartenders to order drinks and made small talk to get more information.
"Last night's festival seemed very crowded, didn't it? All the creatures here talk about that?" Clarissa lured the bartender.
That bartender, Rui, responded to Clarissa's words with a faint smile, "Yes, miss. Last night, a human was caught on the roof, and they said she was disguised as a wrena. I didn't go to the festival on that rooftop, because I looked after this bar. They say, it's that famous human fugitive… what's her name?" Rui said at length but ended up not remembering the name of the human he meant.
Putra replied to the guess in a flat tone, without even wanting to look at Rui. "Anjali."
"Yes, right! That's her name." The young man said while mixing drinks for Clarissa and Putra. "I don't even know what she looks like," continued Rui with a nonchalant shrug, "They said she was thrown into the Star Lake, probably dead by now."
Putra glanced at Clarissa when Rui said that, while Rui, who had just finished making drinks for Putra and Clarissa, now handed the drinks to both of them, smiling, then said goodbye to serve other customers.
"Isn't that right?" Putra said, referring to his preconceptions when they went to the Black Valley.
"Perhaps the one who came out of the grave was Jane?" Clarissa replied, sounding excited. "If he manages to get out, she must have gained something. A person who manages to get out of the Star Lake will not be empty-handed."
"Should we return to L-07?" asked Putra excitedly.
"That's a great idea!"

Since having that new vision. Jane spends most of her time in the forest with Renik. The girl makes new horns to help her disguise her identity, sometimes helping Renik with cleaning, or sometimes foraging together in the forest.
Renik had told her that the young man and woman she didn't recognize had been in this forest again.
But they soon left, one day before Jane's arrival. The girl was also aware of the existence of the two creatures. It took her longer than usual to get to L-07 too, because she was avoiding Putra and Clarissa.
During her journey as well, she kept an eye on the sky, using binoculars to mark any creatures that would come out of the portals and go to this layer of soil. Jane also realized that the portals were not only installed in the sky but also on some tree trunks, soil, water, or on the roofs of certain buildings.
It seems, if Jane is not mistaken, beings who are able to create dimensional portals will put their portal doors in various places. As they like, there are no fixed rules on where the portals should be placed, and they can choose where they want the portals to be.
Maybe that's what happened.
Luckily, the cave where she and Renik lived was not filled with anyone's portal doors. There was a flaming yellow rope around the cave, lying on the ground just like that. Jane was only able to see the rope after she had these unique eyes, and when she asked Renik about it, the little girl said the rope was harmless.
It's not from the enemy. Renik had lived in Yamani much longer than Jane, who had just been dragged into that world a year ago. The little girl said that the rope was for the protection of her old friend. The rope would not be broken even if her best friend died.
Jane did not inquire further about who Renik's old friend was referring to. Even from Renik's flat manner of explaining it, Jane knew that the little girl looked like someone who didn't intend to say or explain any further. The fact that the invisible rope was secure was enough for Jane. She wouldn't have asked further if Renik wasn't ready to share such information.
After all, they have been living here safely all this time.
Even if Renik betrayed her and the rope turned out to be the enemy's. She could also quickly notice that if the rope turned into a door and brought forth another figure. She can easily strike back or run away.
Even dying of betrayal was honestly not a big deal for Jane.
She wouldn't mind something like that.
Of the many portals installed throughout this layer of soil, the girl noticed that there was a portal that was shaped like a line and did not break at all in all areas. It also had a blood-red color.
The line is able to propagate along the ground, sky, river water, and rocks. She recognized the owner of the blood-red line. That … was probably Arta's portal. As far as Jane knows, only Arta has that power based on 'blood' in Yamani. As far as Jane knows, only Arta has that power, and is able to use it very well.
She knew the strength of her old comrade very well.
