The room falls silent. Adwait reflects on his mother's words and eventually decides to agree to remarry. He tells Aadharsh ji, "Tell mom I'm ready for the marriage, but remember, the woman will only be Anvi's mother and our family's daughter-in-law, nothing more." Meanwhile, in another house, Sangeeta ji scolds Sanskriti, "You're a curse! You lost your husband and now dare to show attitude here? You're just a servant, nothing more. Don't dare to show your tantrums." Sanskriti breaks down in tears, and Sudha ji comforts her, "Don't cry, child. Your tears are worthless here. Don't waste them." Sanskriti asks Sudha ji, "Maa, am I the reason for my husband's death? Am I the reason I'm a widow? I didn't choose to be a widow, did I? What's my mistake? Why does everyone blame me?" Sudha's heart aches, but she has no answers to soothe Sanskriti's pain. **********************************

Let's start with the introduction of Rawat family:-

Adarsh Rawat: A dedicated man who has always been strict with his children, wanting them to succeed in life. He loves them deeply but has maintained a tough demeanor to ensure their well-being. A retired IAS officer, Adarsh adheres to rules and regulations, governing his household with the same discipline.

Sunanda Rawat (Adarsh's wife): The homemaker and emotional backbone of the family. Her gentle and compassionate nature balances Adarsh's strictness. She desires her children's happiness, especially Advait's, and wishes he would remarry and move on from Savani's memories.

Advait Rawat (28): The protagonist, an Income Tax Officer, and Sunanda and Adarsh's elder son. He adores his late wife, Savani ( whom he affectionately calls "Vani"), and their six-month-old daughter, Anvi. Advait has transformed from a lively person to a stern individual after Savani's passing. He has no intention of remarrying.

Mahir Rawat (27): Advait's younger brother, who loves his family, especially his wife, Ishika. Mahir's dream is to become a great business man encouraged by his father. He fears yet respects Adarsh (his father). Mahir's charming and mischievous nature stems from being the youngest. He's happy with his small family, including his one-year-old son, Aksh.

Ishika Rawat (25): Mahir's wife and a loving homemaker. After marrying Mahir, her college senior, she prioritized family over her career. Her warm nature makes her lovable to everyone, including Advait, with whom she shares a special bond.

Aksh Rawat (1): Mahir and Ishika's adorable son, who captivates everyone. He inherits Mahir's playful nature and Ishika's charming looks.

Anvi Rawat (6 months): Advait and Savani's daughter, who brings joy to the family. Her bond with Aksh is special, and Advait treats both children equally, often taking care of Aksh when Mahir and Ishika need time together.

Now comes our female protagonist's family:-

Suvesh Chauhan (Sanskriti's father): He owns a large jewelry store. Suvesh views his daughters as burdens due to his younger sister, Sangita Shrivastava, who poisoned his mind against them. He has a harsh attitude toward his daughters and often argues with his wife, Sudha. His behavior is influenced by his sister's manipulations.

Sudha Chauhan (Sanskriti's mother): She loves her daughters dearly but fears her husband. Sudha has spent her life serving Suvesh, enduring his verbal and physical abuse.

Harsh Verma (Sanskriti's brother-in-law): He's cunning and ill-mannered, with improper intentions toward his sister-in-law, Sanskriti. Harsh manipulates Suvesh against Sudha, Sanskriti, and Saumya. After his marriage, he moved into the Chauhan household with his wife, Saumya, and started working at Suvesh's jewelry store, cleverly shifting the blame to Saumya for not adjusting to her in-laws' home.

Saumya Chauhan (Sanskriti's elder sister): Ten years older than Sanskriti, Saumya loves her like a mother. She's caught between her husband's misdeeds and her father's harshness. Saumya has two children, a nine-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son, whom she adores. She's aware of Harsh's wrongdoings but remains silent for her children's sake.

Sanskriti Chauhan (21): The protagonist, whose marriage ended in tragedy just two months after the wedding. Her husband's sudden demise led to her expulsion from her in-laws' home, forcing her to return to her parents'. Sanskriti is timid and soft-spoken, shaped by witnessing constant conflicts at home. She loves her family, especially her mother, sister, nephew, and niece. Her dreams remain unfulfilled, as she's an unwanted daughter.
