SCP: Contained

I was traveling in handcuffs down a long narrow path to be hanged for a murder I didn't commit. I just kept walking and looked around and saw an acronym followed by numbers I passed by one door and It said SCP-173 I was understandably confused by what I saw. We came to a room and I was sat down and after 12 minutes a man in a lab coat walked In he sat down across from me and had demanding structure to him. His voice boomed off the walls.

"Welcome to your new gra-erm home I am Doc. Stevenson and you are the death row inmate Kai I presume?"

"You guys got it all wrong!"

"How so?" He raised an eyebrow.

"I'm just an average guy I watch anime all day why would I kill someone, I mean look at me!"

He proceeded to look me up and down and dude to chronic baby face i looked like a child.

"Hmmmm, I don't know you we're convinced and your family already thinks your dead but you we're already dead to them"

I just looked at this man in disbelief before he started to talk again.

Before I could say anything else I was dragged out of the room and put into a white room my cuffs we're removed and I could see a toilet a table a sink and, a bed. This was the beginning of my new life. I sat there for what felt like hours I didn't know because there wasn't a clock. Suddenly the door opened and a guard was pointing a gun at me telling me to move it. I walked along a narrow path to a door it read SCP-682.

"Starting test", a voice said over the speaker

I was shoved into the room and the lights we're off. They turned on the lights and staring me down was a giant lizard that looked to be rotting.

"Human do you wish to die?, are you with them?", it's big claw pointed to the scientists who we're observing us.

"I-" before I could talk It said one last thing

"I advise against lying" it stood up on its legs and came closer to me and I could see its sharp teeth and rotted sides.

"I was forced here by authority to a death that was unjust" I looked at the creature and it huffed and looked down at me with murderous intent. It then saw my eyes and saw my pride and walked back to the other side of the room and waited.

"Do you hate me?" I asked the giant lizard creature.

"I hate all humans but one" the creature sighed

"Who if I may ask?" I looked terrified at the creature

"A small child being held here who kills others around her without wanting to"

"They hold children here!?" I looked at the creature

"Now you see why the people I hate the most are the personal in this facility" It then sat in silence for an hour and i was removed from the room. And then I was taken to an interrogation room.

The doctor in front of me started to talk

"Tell me why an world ending creature was so ample to talking to you, a human the thing it hates the most!" She slammed the table.

I looked at her sheepishly, "maybe it's my natural charm?"

She smacked her head on the table in defeat. "You do realize that the creature you talked to could have snapped you like a twig and nothing could save you right?"

"Yeah I got that vibe from it but what was that child it was talking about?"

"Ah the child of course i cant tell you its classified"

I was brought back to my room after we were done and left to my thoughts.
