Connecting Worlds

The clone felt intense regret being pulled by Mother Earth, but more so he was feeling the regret of deciding to marry her. There is not really any difference if he married her or made her his subordinate, as he would still get what he wanted in the end.

Being pulled by Mother Earth, they soon arrived in an area deep inside the earth, far deeper than the place they were earlier. According to Mother Earth, after watching humanity for ages, she learned how to scheme to protect herself, that's why she created a fake world core area above the real one.

Arriving, the clone looks around and notices a crystal core floating in mid-air. The clone looks at the world core and could see that it was different than the one he had. His world core was in the shape of a crystal house that brimmed with elegance and nobility. The core of the Earth was in a round shape that showed the entire scene of the world with an aura of sacredness.

However, although the world looks amazing and brimmed with power, it was far weaker than he expected, making him wonder if this was the reason Mother Earth so hurriedly agrees to marry him.

Since he was close to the core of the world, he could sense the laws that it contains. The laws were not as many as he first assumed being, Law of Earth, Law of Wood, Law of Fire, Law of Water, Law of Wind and the Law of Time.

Seeing the laws, the clone was surprised that he didn't find the Law of Creation or the Law of Life, which made him wonder how there was life on Earth. It might be that Mother Earth had a Universe Treasure?

Items were split into many levels from weakest to strongest Mortal, Spirit, Earth, Heavenly, Divine, God and Universe.

A Universe item is something that was created and nurtured by the Prime Universe, making it possess a very deep Dao presence and power stronger than that of a Chaos God.

The eyes of the clone gleam with luster as he looks at Mother Earth wondering if she really had a Universe Treasure that could create life. If she had one, then this bet is worth it, but if she doesn't have one, that's okay as well since he was more concerned with comprehending the Law of Time.

Laws and Daos are what matter to him, the more of them he has, the stronger he will become, making his world surpass the Cultivation World as a result. Items would only burden him, so while he uses them, he doesn't care if they become destroyed as they are just that, useful tools.

He sighed as he looked at Mother Earth and said, " Mother Earth, let's begin. I have a formation here, the World Connecting Formation, one of the Ten Great Formations of the Grand Heaven Formation Sect. With this formation, one would bridge the gap between worlds to nothing, the worlds would constantly exchange energy, laws and etc to grow stronger. " He said, however he thought he should keep part of his words hidden which was that, when one use this formation, the controller will be able to designate the world that will be higher in the alliance, which was similar to the Cultivation World ascending process, where when one reach the limit of a world they would go to a higher world. His world was obviously going to be the top world while Earth will be a lower world in his Desolate World Alliance.

"Lin Dao, hurry up already, stop gibbering." Mother Earth frowns, causing her beautiful face to seem even more attractive, at the clone who was constantly talking, wondering why doesn't he just begin.

"Alright, but I will need a part of your world core to connect to mine in Desolate World. Also, I need you to be prepared because when our world connects, the laws I comprehend will seep out and cause some changes to the world, the same will happen to my world as well."

Mother Earth had been ready for a while, thus she didn't hesitate to part with a piece of herself, even though if she lost it, she would be beyond saving. She knows the sign, to gain something one must be willing to lose.

Getting a piece of the world core, the clone's heart shook as he had an intense desire to devour it and make it his own but stop himself, because doing something like that could damage his reputation if spread. Plus losing an ally over such a small piece of world core was stupid as he wouldn't gain a increase in strength from it.

He connects his mind with the main body, telling him to begin. After sending the message, the clone starts laying down formation flags and teleports them all over the world, creating the biggest formation he had ever made.

Creating the formation, he told Mother Earth to retreat as he went into the center of the formation with the piece of world core in his hands and sat down. As he sat down, the main body on Desolate World sat down as well, as if they were in sync with one another.

The main body on Desolate World, waved his hands creating hand signs making energy outside of the world to surge inside and infuse inside his body, causing his body to emit popping sound as his body reaches its limit of endurance.

Enduring the nerve-racking pain, Lin Dao's eyes snapped open causing the void to shatter in front of him as he raised his hands that had blue snake-like veins popping on it, he didn't hesitate as he shouted, " OPEN!"

As he spoke, the entire world shook and trembled as the formation flags on Desolate World erupted with rainbow-like light, as they pierced into the skies like numerous true dragons.

At the same time, the clone on Earth activates the formation, causing the formation flags to emit rainbow lights, but compared to the one on Desolate World, the rainbow light was like a candle in the wind.

Seeing this, the clone reveals a decisive look as he signs and makes some hand signs, as he decides to burn the Law of Destruction to power the formation.

As he burned the Law of Destruction, the rainbow lights started to glow more and more magnificent before piercing into the skies.

As the rainbow lights pierces into the skies, the void above them shatters making the rainbow lights go inside, soon coming in contact with a similar rainbow light not long after.

The two rainbow lights fuse with one another as if they came from the same source. As the rainbows fuse, Earth and Desolate World start to fuse, but not in the sense of becoming one, but being under the same regiment.

As the world's fuse, Lin Dao opened his eyes and poured more power inside his formation, causing his world to overpowered Earth and become the higher tier world of the two of them.

Doing this, he teleports himself high in the skies as he closes his eyes before revealing a small smile. He had sensed the Law of Destruction slowly recovering inside of him, meaning that the clone had not destroyed one of his foundations.

He cast his gaze down at his world witnessing the wonderful changes that were happening all over.

The once barren ground started to change as trees, grass, and plants started to pop up from the ground, causing the continent to look like a wave of green was spreading across it. Mountains became lush, the ocean became filled with sea plants of various sorts.

As all the plants appeared in the world, he could sense the Law of Creation working overdrive as it produces them. The Law of Life, on the other hand, breathes life inside of them, causing them to grow and become vibrant. The Law of Death, the law that's being constantly abused by its siblings, records all the life of the plants and when they should die, creating an orderly system, which Lin Dao did not interfere with since they did better than expected.

The other laws did as they did before, after all, they had already had their purpose.

As he experiences the changes, he looks over in delight as he senses the Law of Time spread into his world, causing the flow of time in his world to be stable and flow at the same pace as Earth.

" Wait, could the green plants and trees have been formed from the Law of Wood? That would explain why all these plants are the same as Earth." No wonder he was feeling weird because if these plants had been created by him, that would be crazy since he didn't have the Law of Wood. Plus, his world wouldn't be in a barren state kd he had the Law of Wood.

Thinking of this, his eyes pierced through the void as his eyes looked at Earth, seeing all the changes happening all over.

Maybe because of the Law of Creation, but tons of treasure started to fall out of the skies or appear from the ground in an alarming manner. Lin Dao realized that the treasures were around the Heavenly Grade and below, great treasures to hold up a clan or sect.

The Law of Life causes fewer changes than he expected since all that happened was the vibrant vitality in the air, making it hard for someone to truly die but he knew this was temporary since the Law of Death had not appeared yet.

Just like he assumed, the Law of Death appeared and balanced out the Law of Life, making everything go back to normal.

The Law of Space causes the skies to be locked, making it impossible for anyone to fly without wings or reaching the Heavenly Realm and above.

The other laws just enhance the pre existing laws, making some places become treasure lands in the future.

The two Goblins had been shocked at the amazing things happening all over, making them run away. After all, the two Goblins had been used to the black continent, so seeing the changes happening, of course, they would be scary.

However, the two Goblins calm down as they look at the moist grass between their toes, making them feel happy and addicted to the calming feeling of the grass. Thinking for a while, the Goblins grab some grass and eat it, tasting sweet and sour taste in their mouths, making them eat some more. After eating some more, they laid on the ground rubbing their bulging naked stomachs as they burped in satisfaction, this was their first meal since their creation.
