She was still being chased by her nightmarish past that keeps her health declining every time the end of the year would come. What was the purpose of running away then? If she can't leave the clutches of their betrayal? "Don't throw your life so easily when others are trying to hold on to theirs but couldn't stop the fact that they are losing it." Just as she had decided to let go, these words were like a curse that made her stay alive for another few years. Five years later, with a twist of fate she ended up becoming the assistant of her sickly neighbor, Scarlet Miller, in her path to creating her final project in this life. She Hated Them

"Ooof."

Amethyst, who was looking at her phone, ended up falling on the floor when she bumped into someone as she was returning to Scarlet's room from the restroom.

"Oh, I'm sorry I wasn't looking at where I was going," said the one who bumped into her.

"I- It's fine," she replied before looking up.

And when she did, she regretted it a lot.

It was just a five minute bathroom break and here she was in the situation she really didn't like to be in.

The man, who had extended his hand to help her up, stopped and stared at her in shock.

"Amethyst?"

She looked away and stood up on her own, "Excuse me."

As she turned around, her arm was grabbed, "Amethyst, it is you. It has been so long."

"Can't you have a different script when you see me. All of you are the same, it is so obvious that you came here for a purpose," she snapped instantly.

She wasn't the one who snaps so easily but somehow, towards this person, she just couldn't hold back.
