Mabui and Samui both stood confidently, the aura of leaders emanating off of them, further emphasized by the men behind them, all of whom were lined up in a military formation.

Mizuki: "Fuck"

Neko: "Don't worry about it, well all be fine. All we need to do is defeat twenty shinobi each. Two of whom are already in and around our level."

Mizuki: "I just don't get it though."

Guy: "How did they know that we are here? We could have been literally anywhere else, sabotaging roads or bridges, or literally anything else. How did they know we would be here?"

Neko: "They weren't following us, Usagi nor I could smell them, and when we did it was as they were in the midst of the encirclement."

Neko: "Besides, if they were following us, there would have been no need to wait for us to come in and kill all of their fuinjusu experts."

Neko: "Meaning it could only be one thing"

Mizuki: {Hiruzen you son of a bitch.}

Mizuki: "The supposed source was a double agent"

Neko: "Fuck"

Mizuki contemplated ideas for strategy and what to do for a little whilst before coming up to Neko and whispering the plan in his ear, followed by Guy, with the Inuzuka nodding before turning to Mizuki.

Neko: "It is probably the only chance that we have got to get out of this shitshow."

Guy: "I am all OK with it!"

Mizuki: "Excellent. Now let us begin."

As the battalion outside encircled the laboratory, Samui and Mabui both had a sensor on their teams dedicated to watching what they were doing at all times.

However, this quickly proved to be useless, as the aforementioned walls of the lab sealed all chakra within itself, making their jobs incredibly difficult.

Still, even with this limitation, they were able to see the spies, albeit just barely.

Sensor 1: "Captain, they are making their first move!"

Sensor 2: "I feel the same thing!"

Both sensors felt a slight surge in chakra before feeling it simply calm back down.

As sensors, they could detect chakra fluctuations, but beyond that, they could not sense much more.

Some sensors could detect the environment, however, both of them did not belong to this category.

Very few did, only those who were hyperspecialized in the area normally using sensing in order to detect the environment, like the Hyuga and their Eyes, or the Inizuki and their noses.

All they could tell was that a jutsu of some kind had been cast.

Shinobi 1: "Grrr, us waiting around like this is exactly what causes him to take his time casting jutsu like this. We need to hunt him down. For Kumo!"

Saying those words, A member of the company of shinobi, accompanied by a trio of other members, rallied by his cries, all rushed towards the entrance of the structure, intent on killing the Konoha Scum and becoming heroes.

Mabui: "Wait! Come back here immediately! That is an order!"

Samui meanwhile, looked onwards with relatively little emotion as she saw the four shinobi rushing onwards.

"Not cool. They are about to die." The blonde girl muttered to herself.

Nonetheless, no amount of persuasion could convince those four to do otherwise, as they rushed through the doorway and down the stairs.

However, just as the man at the very rear of the four passed through the doorway, the area above it began to glow, as did three other points nearby.

Paper Bombs.

*BOOM*

The bodies of the four shinobi dropped like rocks, rocketing towards the floor as all of them were knocked unconscious and rendered crippled.

However, they did not die.

Just as they were about to hit the ground, Mizuki caught them all, making sure that they did not die when they hit.

After all, they would be useful as chakra batteries

By this point, the jutsu which Mizuki had originally cast was finally taking effect.

It was easy enough for him to detect who the sensors were.

After all, they were being tightly guarded at the center of the formation of several guards.

However, although these guards were all protecting the sensors from all directions from any feasible direction, they forgot one key area.

Mizuki: {Honestly, how can you be so retarded, You even know that one of us uses earth jutsu.}

As if that thought was a queue, an explosion of earth appeared beneath the feet of the sensor ninja.

before either of them had so much as a chance to get out of the way, a pair of snakes shot out of the ground, each able to catch them off guard and sink their fangs into the unguarded legs of the sensor shinobi.

Although frozen for a moment, the shinobi were able to quickly snap out of it, killing the snakes relatively easily, each of which disappeared in a puff of white smoke as soon as they were damaged.

They were summons, which had been boosted to the position using Doton.

However, even though they reacted quickly, it was too late, for the snakes had already spread their venom into the sensor nin's bloodstream.

Samui: "Shit"

Mabui: "Medic squad take these two and retreat to the backline to heal them."

Mabui: "How many Doton users do we have?"

Roughly a dozen shinobi stepped forward.

Mabui: "Get ready, we are going to enter the area through tunneling. Ten shinobi will stay with Samui by the entrance to prevent escape and to potentially act as flankers. Everybody left will rush through the tunnels as soon as they are completed to storm the area."

Kumo Nin: "Yes Ma'am"

However, as all of them dispersed, none of them saw or heard a third snake, which was sitting just below the surface dispel itself.

Mizuki had a light smile on his face as he felt his summons attack their prey before being destroyed. With the many sensory ninjas out of the way, the mission became a lot more salvageable.

Feeling the third snake he summoned dispel, Mizuki quickly used the summoning jutsu once again, this time summoning his personal favorite.

Mizuki: "Yo, Hime!"

Hime: "Heya Mizuki, I haven't seen you in forever"

Mizuki shot her an amused smirk at her sarcastic remark.

Mizuki: "Tell me what you heard."
