CHAPTER 12: FIRST MISSION

" Uh, another body art. Hmph, " Jia mutters entering further into Jixia. Her red eyes were scanning the perimeter. Then she saw a snake coming

[Ding! mission time! Your mission is to kill that draconic snake. The time limit is three hours. Enjoy!] The system said.

" Holy shit. The snake can fly " Jia said terrified.

" Who says I should even obey you anyway, " Jia said crossing her hands.

[Hehe he, It's simple. refuse to do it and you'll drop down to level 4 again. And besides, I'm streaming it] The system told Jia.

" Hmph. I never liked snakes anyway " Jia said summoning her saber.

The snake saw her and slithered toward her opening its gargantuan mouth.

" Ew. Your mouth stinks snakey " Jia said scrunching up her nose.

Then she held fire in her hand and threw it to its wings. The fire deflected back leaving an enraged snake

" No shit. It's fire resistant " Jia said panicking.

Then she used her huge mouth and she tore off the snake's wings while its green blood rushed out she spat the wings out.

" Eww, the blood is green. I hate it " Jia said assuming a half-running stance.

" SCREECH" The snake yelled in pain. Its fury became tripled.

" FIRE DOMAIN " Jia yelled increasing her fire stats by 3 then decimating everything in the domain except her.

" SCREECH " The snake yelled again slightly bleeding at its orifice.

Then she gathered darkness and channeled it to its life source and then she cut it

The snake fell to its death causing a minor earth tremor.

" Phew! good job " Jia said to herself.

[Ding! Mission complete. The host is advised to eat its core] The system said.

Jia used her claws to bring out the core then she ate it.

" Ooh, finally a thoughtful gift. Wait where is my rewards system? You tried to kill me " Jia said angrily.

" Your gifts are too cliche, " Jia said throwing the snake's body into her space ring.

[Ding! The host has leveled up. +1000 in all stats] The system said.

" Hohoho, I'm now a level 8. " Jia said smiling.

She sighed a Demon rabbit. It was not your regular cute rabbit. She chopped its head off and drank its blood.

" Ahh, The taste of blood is addictive " Jia said ecstatically.

She entered her space ring to see a slightly taller and cuter unicorn.

[Ding! The host's pet has become level 4] The system announced.

" Time to sign out, " Jia said disappearing.

She entered her space only to see Femzi walk-in.

" Where the hell did you go for two days Jia, " Femzi said annoyed.

Jia snubbed him, pretending to sleep.

" I'm talking to you, " he said.

" How's that your business, " Jia said coldly.

" Mhm. I'm sorry ok. Forgive me" Femzi said his eyes on the floor.

" Aww it's okay come over here Femzi, " Jia said smiling.

Femzi got to her, and she gave him a nice punch.

" Ow! what was that for " Femzi asked clutching his stomach.

" That was for messing with me, " Jia said a cold glint in her eyes.

" You won't get away with this " Femzi said playfully while Jia gives him the look.

" Anyway, what were you up to? "Femzi said reclining on her sofa.

" You're not allowed on my sofa, and I went to Jixia. I thought I killed a baboon undergoing lightning tribulation, but I actually killed a draconian snake. I guess that was what took two days " Jia said shrugging.

" You're good at everything while I'm just an average guy " Femzi said.

" Hey, " Jia said touching his shoulder.

"You're not an average guy you're very special so don't you dare say that," Jia says slapping him.

" Aww thanks, " he said holding his face slightly and baring his neck.

" Hey, cover your neck. I'm imagining sucking your blood " Jia said while Femzi instinctively covers his neck.

" Can we go somewhere together sometime? Maybe explore Illuminati " Jia said sleeping on his shoulder.

" Whatever you want, " he says.

" Why are you streaming stuff without MY PERMISSION! " Jia said suppressing the urge to slap its face.

" I can't sleep, take me somewhere " Jia says tugging at Femzi's arm.

" Ugh fine, "Femzi said as they walked like normal humans in the underworld and got to a really quiet spot. The place was empty with traces of a black hole.

" Welcome to my arena. This place contains a lot of things as you should have deciphered earlier, Welcome to my domain " Femzi said.

" Wow. It's beautiful. " Jia said playing with the water.

" Hmm. This is where I come when I feel sad or just want peace " Femzi said sighing.

" Ah I might just steal this place from you, " Jia said.
