Chapter 14 The Hardest Battle Yet

Today is the day of the third round, I think it's going to be an easy fight but who knows.

I go to Takedas house as usual, and wait till it is time to leave for the tournament.

*Time passes*

Were outside the Tournament Building, after I make sure I have everything on me we go inside

there are only 4 people left at this point so we l know we will be fighting each other, none of us wanted to speak to each other, but it was clear that we were observing each other.

the first person I took notice of was a guy named Noguchi, he was around the age of 7 and was around the height of 5 feet, he had a muscular build and was fighting with no weapon that could be seen, by his side was a large bald man that was around 6 feet 2 who was also muscular, I assumed that was his teacher.

What the fuck are they feeding him, he's taller than every competitor here?!

The second person I examined was a male that was around the age of 6 I didn't know his name, he was of a pretty average height, and had a slim physique, he had a wooden katana, he had long black hair that reached his shoulders, if he had a sensei they weren't there at the moment.

I whisper something to Takeda pointing at the long-haired kid

"I bet if I get close enough I could pull his hair if we fight"

"If you do that I will personally beat you out of the tournament"

Well there goes that plan

Lastly was another guy, his name was Kannna Susumu you may wonder why I remember his name, I had previously seen him fight and I can say confidently that If I matched up with him now I would lose.

his speed was on a completely different level than mine and If I got hit by his sword, I would probably not be able to get up, by his side was an old short man.

After my examination, I could only wait for the battles to start.

After waiting for around 5 minutes the announcer starts to speak

"Welcome to the third round of the tournament, the first people fighting today are Hata Sadou and Muramoto Hideki.

That must be the guy with the long hair.

Before I leave Takeda says one thing.

"Remember if you lose double training for a week"

That is why I must win.

I walk towards the stage, when I'm on one side and my opponents on the other the fight starts

I rush towards Muramoto and hit him once with my closed tessen, he tries to hit me and I flip him.

He lands on his feet and comes to attack me, his katana hits my ribs.

I stutter and that gives him time to try to attack before his sword can hit me I kick his calf and that pauses him.

While he's paused I back away and gather myself.

He charges me, I kick him off his feet then go on top of him.

I try to end the fight by opening the tessen and striking his throat, but he blocks I then hit him with my left hand in his ribs multiple times.

He kicks me off him and I land on my back, he then hits me with his katana 5 times before I can roll away and get back up.

At this point were both pretty fatigued and damaged.

I need to get him angry, he's too calm for him to make major mistakes.

"Your hairs long like a girl"

His face turns red and he charges at me.

kids are really easy to manipulate.

I kick his Achilles multiple times on each leg.

His speed was considerably slower, but so was mine.

At this point, we'd been fighting for 30 minutes.

I get his Achilles one more time and he collapses.

I get on top of him and hit him with the tessen until he's knocked out.

The announcer speaks.

"Hata Sadou is the winner"

As soon as my wins confirmed I pass out.
