Chapter 28

"Shi-" Two hands were dominating Yhur's face as it kept on being rubbed as well as his cheeks pinched as if he was a small child-loved doll.

The strength of the smaller man was unmatched for the demon-strengthed, taller man in front of him. Waving his hands like a little child and the tireless efforts of trying to break free. "Ow ow ow ow! Stop!" His pissed tone.

"You two please stop acting like children before the train leaves." Jun pulled Yhur out of the other person's grip. It seemed that their destination would be rather important despite their carefree bahavior. "Kurosawa Jun my savior!" Yhur jokingly said as he gets dragged in the train, showing teasing face in addition to his tongue sticking out towards Mac.

"What are these two? Children?" Jun nearly regret joining even if it was his own forceful act.

The door immediately closed just the second Mac walks through, meaning that they would seriously need to wait for the next 4 hours for the next ride. "Thanks for stopping us back there, we would seriously miss an important discussion." Mac sat down.

"If it was important, could you two please spare the fighting for another day?" Jun whined as Yhur quickly sat and went back quiet.

.

The window started becoming cold in a simple touch. A look outside, the scenery was still dark inside the tunnel. How long have they been inside? Why has it suddenly turned cold? As he remembered, it was still filled with greenery from top to bottom just the first 2 hours.

A faint grey brick wall was slowly coming to his sights. At last, light have finally shown itself once more.

"Are finally going to be out the tunnel?" Jun leaned in close to the window. It was still cold as expected, yet the light was plently bright enough as if the sun was hotter than usual.

Jun sneaked a glace at the other two people in front of him, seeming to have a question on his mind. Yhur was a no-go as he had already fell asleep just the first 10 minutes of the ride. "There's no need to wake him, he's quite tired." Mac noticed the side eye Jun has been giving.

"If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me y'know?" Mac has always been very dependable, that is once Yhur decided to not butt in or else another childish fight will start.

"I've been meaning to ask this but, where are we actually going?" Jun looked away from the window to look at Mac. "Wouldn't it be obvious?" Mac asked. The sentence ended the same time as they finally got out of the tunnel. Where the green land has been covered by snow and the whole distance was as white as it could.

"Snow?"

"Have I not told you? Ah." Mac seemed to have forgotten an extra explanation that was necessary.

Just as Yhur had previously mentioned, Guards are people who possess great powers and therefore have gained the possibility of achieving a high title of a "Guard". These people were assigned to be a protector of a certain area. There are only 6 Guards that we're chosen and therefore only 6 specific areas will be under their main supervision.

These areas are chosen by the 6 biggest cities that are the same big 6 in the cities of the other world. Which means that 6 biggest cities in Japan were chosen.

"Now what are the 6 biggest cities in your origin?" Mac asked. "6? Eh uh.. Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, and Fukuoka right?" Jun answered, as he was still curious on the destination of where they were going.

Guessing games does suit Jun's interest in specific moments. If there was a need to analyze his surroundings, the answer could be found just by the small hints seen by his eyes. He IS wearing glasses so his eyesight wouldn't be a problem for analysis of surroundings.

"..." Jun went quiet, which Mac patiently awaits.

"If the cities were to have resemblance in one way or another, what would this resemble?" He looks out the window as the snowflakes continue to get blown by the wind. Touching the window that have already started to get freezing cold, "It must be really cold outside."

And it finally hit him, "A cold city!" He shrieked, got embarrassed, and sat back down. It sure was a miracle that no one other than them was staying in that particular part of the train.

"Judging by your excitement, you must have known already have you?" His smiling face radiated as if the sun was directly in front of Jun. It may be a random thoughts but if Yhur was the moon, then Mac could possibly be the sun who gets into arguments with the moon.

"Are we really going to..."
