Ilace v Léon Inc (2021) - The self Employees termination

"Knock, Knock" The hammer from the Judge felled, the case had officially started.

"The court had started now Prosecution please state the case to us." The judge finished his opening statement.

"Lord Si, The case is about an Innocence Girl - Ilace, who get fired by Her barbaric Employer, Léon, fire the poor little girl after she serve him for a faithful 10minutes. This Unlawful act should be allowed in this Land." The Prosecutor, Eternity shouted out loud, demanding justice for her client.

"Objection, The Accusation of being fired is a complete lie, the Defense had never sign and went in into a contract with the Claimant." The Defense Lawyer, Sion, who wearing a venetian mask that cover his eye, yell back to the Prosecutor.

"The contract is real and we had physical evidence! The contract drew up and signed by the Claimant had no termination clause, the termination on Contract is unlawful " The prosecutor smile and threw a document to Sion, she sure that victory is in her hand.

"This is a voidable contract My lord. My client, Léon had yet to reach the age of 18, he is a minor and should able to avoid this contract. "What? that had no way that he is less than 18, just look at him!" Eternity pointing at the Defender, Léon, who look like a middle age French man with beard around his face.

Sion didn't response to the prosecutor, neither do the Judge require him to do it. He continue his Statement "Furthermore, My client didn't consent, nor signed any document about the Employment of Miss Ilace. That contract is nothing more than a paper that belong in a bin, even toilet paper bare more value than it, at least they can take care of your dirty ass!"

Sion knock the desk heavily, causes all the paper work fell down from it. He point his finger toward the Claimant, insulting her by the worst word that can ever appear in the court.

The Claimant, Ilace sitting on her seat quietly. However, the drop of tear appeared on the ground shown her current emotion. She dress in a blue dress, her brown hair was tied up perfectly with a black ribbon.

Suddenly she stood up, the chair being pushed backward violently, knocking on the wall causing a huge sound drag all attention from the entire court. "How could you do this to me after all we've been through? I've been so loyal to this company, never wavering once in these whole 10 minutes." She scream in a high pitch with tear still dropping from the tip of her eye, It's heart breaking for everyone to saw such a cute girl need to gone through all those suffer.

She kneeled down, laying her head on the desk, trying to cover her face with her arm, hiding her tear from every angles. "And...You just toss me away like nothing...." She finished her word while Sobbing.

"You can self-sign work with no other Parties!" Léon seems didn't care about her feeling, he yell at her and lighted up his Cigar, Royal Courtesan a golden stripe on the cigar shown it's value.

"I could! If I....If I just put on a mustache and a hat." Ilace replied in a rather low voice without any confidence. "Do you here that! My lord? She should be arrested for identity theft and fraud!" Léon laugh out loudly and yell at the Judge.

"My lord! I demand justice! This person should be kicked out from the Court! This place shouldn't allowed a person who led the claimant to astray! Where is the Court officer?" Eternity yell at the Judge but he didn't response.

"Sir Sion! Your are the Defense Lawyer! you did seen My client went into the contract with yours, right?" Eternity questioned Sion, try to breach the defense. "No, I had no memory on it" Sion shake his head, denying the claim.

"There's the problem Sir Sion, according to the medical report from the Pheonic Cried Hospital, you had lost your memory entirely and you are not qualified to be a Lawyer any more!" Eternity knock on the desk and pointing his finger toward Sion, a smile appear on her face.

"No way", "It's that true?" Question and shock spread across the entire Court house, They cant believe the man standing on the defense had a memory loss.

"What a boring case." Léon Press the Cigar than worth more than anything in this room on the desk and walked out from the Court, only leaving his last word and the burnt mark on the desk. "Sion! You was the Lawyer, you handle this case and called me when the Mad dog was in jail! " Nobody stopping him, even the Court officer walked to aside to give the way for him.

Eternity found something wrong, He is panic and scream at the officer "What are you guys doing! Chase the Mad lad! Do you dare to betrayed the Badge and Medal hanged on your cloth? Especially you! the one who with a Crown on your uniform! Don't you dare to commit such a dishonored, barbaric, shameless action in the name of Her Majesty!" No matter how hard she sworn, nobody move even a single inch.

"The Investigator told me that your interview was all a hoax, you are a employee of Mai Inc not from my client." Sion took down his mask, uncover his outstanding appearance, his blue eye seems like having a magic, that draw everybody attention into it, he tied up his long blonde hair with a pen that been pick up for the floor, His perfect jawline and neck was fully shown to the rest thanks to this action.

"Sion... Is that you?....I thought We were best friend?..." Ilace start to losing control as she saw the face that used to be so familiar but strange for now, She lost all her control of her body and fell down, But before her cloth even touch the ground, she being lifted by an strong arm, It's Eternity.

"As a true friend Ilace.... I'll stand by you. Don't you worry, Lets face it." Eternity sound weak at the beginning but soon she remember the time, when she and Ilace escape from the fearsome Assassin that hired by Léon, and how Ilace help him to escape. She know, she only had one choice, TO WIN.

Ilace nod to Enternity and stood back up, with growing courage and confidence. "Thanks Eternity, We shall prove again that we were able to defend our right, to ride out the strom of violence and outlive the menace of tyranny. If necessary..... For Years, If necessary...Alone."

Eternity and Ilace smile toward each other, knowing that they was alway stand beside each other. Such an Act influence the crowd, "Free them!" "Get out from here you Corrupted Lawyer and Judge!". The crowd lost controlled and yelling toward the Judge, showing their Anger.

Sion stood fast within the storm around him, he just make his statement clear and sounding. "Miss Ilace forced herself into the company by self-handling all document. As such, My client had the right to kick her out and fire her, voiding all such document!"

"And most importantly, I'm the Judge myself." Sion laugh loudly into the sky, sending the message of Satan to even the god himself.

Under the scream of the crowd, the Judge's skin start decaying showing the far more younger and skinnier skin to the crowd, It look exactly like Sion.

"The court had made it decision, the claim collapsed, the defense won. As remedy, the Claimant need to suffer a 2 year sentence." The judgement causes a greater outcry, A man with white coat rushed out and picked up the medical report, "I'm the person who made the report, Pheonic! This is a complete corrupted case with nothing more than liar and frauder! Follow me my friend! Let us bring Justice to this land once again! Just like how it used to be!"

The Crowd Cheer and surrounded Sion, Some of the people went out to chase Léon seeking to let him pay the price. "F*ck! Shouldn't let these peasant come into this prestigious court." Sion started to be panic and also swearing not just on the crowd but also his client, behind him the "Judge" turned to a pile of sand. Obviously it just a puppet created by him.

"Pam!!!!!!!" A huge noise drag everyone attention. A man dress like a Judge, breath heavily, sweat came out all over his body, It seems like he had run for a long while. He lean on the wall while bending down him back.

"Sorry for the Late, the bus just broke down at the middle of the road, I need to run all the way here." He quickly bring out his word after a deep breath and he realized he forgot to introduce himself, "I'm the Judge of this case, Totentanz, Graduated from the Middle temple."

He raised up his spine and take a look around, He saw the entire crowd is surrounding him, staring at him with anger on their face. Ilace, Sion, Eternity and Pheonic, none of them being left out from the party.

"Why are you guys staring at me? It just half an hour late, wont had any trouble right?" He said it out loud while laughing, no response. Under pressure, he shouted out his last word.

"Don't hit on my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
