Chapter 19: Mission to Protect...

Rakesh and Rachel finally arrive at their base that is when Rakesh decided to one of his comrades to be his substitute and find a safer place to live and when he find it he will come back here and to help them lead to the safety.

"But who will be your substitute for the meantime you weren't here?" Oliver said.

"That is why Reihta is here to be my substitute" Rakesh said that surprise Reihta in his decision.

"What?! ME!? But brother, I can't do this? I mean, I haven't experiencing something like this to become a leader?" Reihta said hesitation was written to her faces.

"That is why this is your opportunity Reihta. And I know you can handle this. I know, and this is your job." Rakesh said.

"But what if I failed? I mean, I don't know how to handle our kind without you brother" Reihta said.

"Don't worry, cause I believe in you" Rakesh said and look at Rachel who is behind the door and looking at them. He smiled and look at his comrade.

"For now, Reihta will be your substitute leader when I return here that mean we are heading towards to a hidden place for us to live. Where we are belong to this planet." Rakesh said. All of them nod and Rakesh hug Reihta for the last time.

"I will be back soon, please protect our kind" Rakesh said. and Reihta hug him.

"Please come back soon, I need you brother" Reihta said in a low voice. Rakesh patted her shoulder.

After the meeting two days when Rakesh and Rachel decided to leave the base and find a good place to live. Although their also mission was to search for more dragons who are stayed up or hidden somewhere else part of the planet.

Rachel once again ride on Rakesh back and before he flew he look once again to his sister who is looking at them. Worried was shown to her face, but Rakesh smile at her trying to say that everything will work out.

And then Rakesh spread his wings and fly away to their base together with Rachel on her back. Two days before Rachel contact her parents by telepathy at first her parents against to her idea but then they just let her do what she wants. Since they were trusting her so when Rachel glad that they let her she was so happy and she won't let them down.

Now that Rakesh and Rachel were now travelling Rakesh ask her, "Where do you want to go first? I mean, you're a human after all so you may know where to go"

"Well, if you really want to ask me... I want to go back to my country where are my friends there. Since they can also help us find a nice and warm place to live." Rachel said.

"You want them to join us?" Rakesh ask.

"No, I mean get help at least from them. Since one of the twins, I mean Stacey was an intelligent from our group so for sure we can get help from her." Rachel said looking ahead of them.

"Well, then. Let's go head there" Rakesh said and flew even speeder than before.

They reach their village forest 3 minutes and Rakesh transformed into human and help Rachel find her friends.

But before they head there, there was something happening in their villagers. It was so many humans and soldiers. Different army from the other part of the world. They were surprised to find out lots of soldiers were walking freely with their weapons around their body. And there were also humans who are wearing all white. Rakesh already knew what was that human and it was from researchers.

Rakesh can't help but to look at them mad and growling at them. Rachel notice strange behavior from Rakesh so she gently nudge him. That made Rakesh look at her, but when Rachel look at his eyes she felt scared as if she doesn't know if right next to her was Rakesh she knew.

His eyes, full of hatred. And his eyes where slowly beginning to get red when she decided to slap her in the face. That makes Rakesh surprise and his eyes becoming normal again. He slowly place his hand on his left cheek and look at her.

"I'm sorry, I thought it wasn't you next to me when I look at you earlier" Rachel said in a low voice.

"I'm sorry." Rakesh said. "When I first saw a figure of a man wearing white like a lab coat. I felt something inside me wanting that man to eat alive or worst to kill it with unbearable pain. I can still feel that longing inside of me wanting to get revenge." Rakesh added

Rachel look at her with a worried look on her face. "Can you tell me, why you wanted revenge on them?" Rachel ask. But instead of Rakesh answer her, he just change the topic and ask for her friends. Rachel knew that Rakesh wasn't ready to speak up about his past but he still wanting to help him.

After their heart talk, Rachel decided to went to her friends house. But first she called them and glad that Rachel and her friends able to communicate with them. After contacting them and find their location Rakesh and Rachel decided to go on.

On the other hand, Rachel's friends were being hostages. Not from the army but also from George, and when Rachel call Stacey's phone she quickly pick up but even though she won't press the speaker they will still find a way for them to know who it is. And when it's finally Rachel, George smiles and prepare for a sudden attack when Rakesh finally went here.

Stacey, and the other's look at them angrily. Especially to George of how he betray Rachel like that.

"Why would you do something like this to Rachel?" Daisy ask. But George look at her and said, "It was because of the money. You still don't know the business issues here"

"Business issues? You mean yourself at least?" Stacey said.

"But Rachel trusted you, also you are her friend. You can't do this to her." Dennis said.

"It's not on your business" George said and left them. Dennis couldn't help but to punch right next to the door next to him at the urge of hatred towards him and now they don't know how to warned Rachel and Rakesh about George plan when they arrive here.

A minute later when a person with a big roller bring foods for them. When Louis pop and Idea when he spotted one of the personnel have a phone on it's pocket so he pretended to get his food but later on dump on the person to get his phone. He apologizes as if it wasn't mean to dump into him. When he was inside his room he tries to contact Rachel when it rings. It kept ringing, all of them where hoping that hopefully Rachel was the one who they can contact.

But later on their faces turned into pale. Instead of Rachel they were calling it was George that means when Rachel's contact them it wasn't from her phone in the beginning it was from the telephone booth when she calls.

When Louis finds out that it was George he immediately hung up the phone before he speak. Now that they know that it was too late for them to give a message they were just hoping that Rakesh will be alright when he gets here. Although they know that soon it would be a trouble if Rakesh and his kind will be here to barge into the facility. Where all of his kinds were like a lab rat that experimented and to get some decent power to destroy their kind.

Meanwhile Rachel and Rakesh were walking when Rakesh felt something's odd in the beginning. He wanted to tell Rachel about it but Rachel knows what is she doing so instead he kept silent and follow her.

Later on, they were now close to the twins house when Rakesh spotted someone, it not just someone it was one of the researchers. He stops from walking and Rachel notice it.

"Rakesh? Is there a problem?" Rachel ask, but before Rakesh could answer someone appear and it was George.

Rakesh was now breathing deeply when all of a sudden someone strike him with an electricity causing him to get pain and immediately transformed into dragon that makes all the humans look at him. They were now knows his true form, and Rachel on the other hand couldn't move an inch because of the aftershock happens.

When Rakesh painted, that's the time when Rachel moves but George wouldn't let her help Rakesh.

"Let go George! He needs my help please!" Rachel said, but George was the one behind this so instead of letting her go. He punch Rachel's stomach causing her to be unconscious. And they brought Rakesh to another room while George brought Rachel to her friends.
