Nova Sanchez, a young woman who grew up in an orphanage, lands a job as a servant in the magnificent Smith mansion. She's thrilled to have a chance at a better life, but soon realizes that it's not as glamorous as she thought it would be. As Nova navigates the strict hierarchy of the household staff, she clashes with Mrs. Smith and learns that working at the Smith mansion is not all sunshine and roses. She reflects on her past and realizes that this could be her chance to start over. Meanwhile, Nova meets Adam Smith, the handsome and mysterious billionaire of the family, and is drawn to him despite his arrogance. She also befriends Claire, Adam's loving little sister who is studying in Canada. As Nova gets to know Adam better, she discovers that he's being blackmailed by his business partner, who threatens to ruin his family's reputation. Nova decides to help Adam by using her skills as a hacker to uncover the truth about the partner's illegal activities. Nova's plan is successful, and Adam is able to clear his name. He and Nova fall in love, but their happiness is short-lived when Mrs. Smith discovers their relationship and fires Nova. Adam stands up to his mother and convinces her to rehire Nova, and they all live happily ever after.
