Position and Practice!

"Okay enough joking, now tell me what position you all will play. Starting from Haise!" said Kuma-sensei while clapping his hands to make Haise and company look up to him.

Haise and company discussed this yesterday afternoon and they all started nodding their heads and started answering Kuma-sensei's questions one by one.

"Left WB behind Hito!" said Haise.

"Right WB behind Shun!" Said Jun.

"MB ahead of Libero!" said Gonda.

"Libero behind Gonda!" said Rei.

"Setter in front of Jun!" said Shunsuke.

"WB in front of Haise, and .. I am Ace!" said Hito.

Kuma-sensei just nodded his head while ignoring Hito's self-proclamation.

Kuma-sensei then thought about the future of this team and he didn't want to upset them because of his own incompetence.

Therefore, Kuma-sensei decided to give them light physical training for a while while he thought about the actual training menu.

Haise and company then started light training. It can be seen that they are all quite physically well, however .. at the national level they are still weak and will not survive the first round.

So, Kuma-sensei decided to focus his training menu during this week on improving the physique of the six of them so that they were at least ready to practice real Volleyball.

Kuma-sensei got inspired by the training menu for his six students when he recalled his previous training portion of running on high ground and shoveling snow on the road.

This exercise focuses on stamina and endurance, seeing that the cold temperatures in Hokkaido, Kuma-sensei are sure that this training is much tougher than the training of a typical Volleyball team.

But because of his ambition, Kuma-sensei couldn't help but force his six students to practice this portion of his training.

And .. Kuma-sensei had a little difficulty in coercing the lazy Rei, but in the end, with Haise's 'negotiation' ability, Rei ended up following this portion of the training with the lure of giving him a two-day vacation.

= Day 1 =

Jun is the same fate as Hito and Haise.

Shunsuke may seem like a bookworm to you, but his physique is not that different from Jun and Hito.

Rei .. he currently looks like an undead and can die from exhaustion at any time.

Kuma-sensei who saw this could only shake his head while sighing naturally.

= Day 2 =

This time everyone got used to it and only Haise was still strong enough to run another hundred meters.

Rei .. He has evolved into a Ghoul from the manga "Death mage who doesn't want a fourth chance!".

Kuma-sensei was a little surprised by the sixth's progress, but he still sighed naturally.

= Day 3 =

Hito, Jun, Gonda and Shun finally reached Haise's rank the day before.

Rei this time has evolved into a normal human because he reached Haise's level the previous two days.

Kuma-sensei gave them praise and promised that after this week's physical training was over, he would treat the six of them to Yakiniku.

= Day 4 =

The six protagonists are finally able to adapt and feel that the current situation is like running on a normal road and not on a plateau anymore.

Rei almost fainted when he heard this, but Haise quickly hit Rei's upper head so he wouldn't sleep in this cold temperature.

= Day 5 =

After descending from the plateau, the six teenagers immediately took the shovels Kuma-sensei had provided and started shoveling the snow that covered the road to the plateau.

After several hours, Rei finally gave up and then the five of them followed after a few minutes.

Kuma-sensei grinned, but in his heart he felt very happy that he had found six diamonds that would shine brightly over the others.

= Day 6 =

They were still in the same condition, but at least all of them could still walk home except for Rei who had to be carried by Haise.

Kuma-sensei decided that tomorrow would be the last portion of physical training and believed that Rei would meet the criterion standards of his team's design.

= Day 7 =

As expected by Kuma-sensei, Rei finally met the criterion standard of his team and after this physical training ended, he immediately took the six of them to the nearest yakiniku restaurant and had a party with his students.

The week's training has ended, and tomorrow is when the team is closed for one day, except for Rei who has two days off.

Kuma-sensei gave sheets of paper about tactics, code, exchange of positions, how to receive the ball, how to block the ball, how to set the rhythm, how to pass the ball, how to smash the ball and so on to the six of them after having finished feasting on yakiniku.

"I want the six of you to memorize it all within two days!" he said in a serious tone as he looked at his wallet which had only one sheet left.

"And .. if all of you don't memorize it within two days .. Well, I will increase your physical training fivefold! Now disband! Rest because you still have it!" said Kuma-sensei while grinning evilly at the six students.

"Oh f*ck!" Cursed Rei.
