'A beyond dragon… A god… I wonder what the difference is… That guy must have at least reached God level right?' King was having many thoughts, when the ship started to shake.

Losing its source of power, the ship didn't take long to slam on the ground. Due to the explosives still inside the ship, an explosion occurred.

The city which was out of danger was razed to the ground by the aftermath.

'At least there are no human casualties…' Keeping himself out of the explosion radius, King joined the Heroes who have already retreated.

When king reached near the group…

"Having Class S heroes this pathetic …. Is an embarrassment…" King found Hero Amai Mask criticizing the S- rank heroes over not protecting the city.

King approached Amai Mask slowly, standing behind him; Amai Mask doesn't seem to sense him at all.

Amidst the criticism, the heroes' eyes moved towards King. Amai Mask who was sitting on top of the debris of the city, turned around to find King.

Amai Mask stood up and tried to say something, Dum… a heartbeat infiltrated Amai Mask body.

"Someone who hasn't even got himself over his past… I don't think you have the right to criticize even an ordinary person…" King words seem to have touched Amai Mask, who immediately turned red like a beetroot.

By the time King has walked away from debris, Amai Mask was still panting, trying to stabilize his breath. After that he also left in hurry.

King knew he had a past, but didn't know what type of past, 'It was effective I guess.' King glanced at the returning Amai Mask and left the A-city.

Reaching the apartment, King got an unexpected surprise.

"System, what is it about the 'Road to Godhood'.' King asked only to get answer with silence.

'Let's keep it aside. I still have to complete the Demon killing task first.'

King started to look around his room and started to sort everything. The room was completely organized and cleaned.

King planning to buy some food and clothes grabbed the cap and mask and headed outside.

Although trying his hard to keep himself out of the public eye, something still came knocking in his face.

"I am G4, a god robot created by 'The Organization'….'

King stumbled upon the robot trying to challenge him, he was ready to make his move, but at the last moment, he just raised his hand to make a gesture of stop.

King was able to sense two familiar people in the vicinity "Follow me…" saying this King led the robot towards the two of them.

Saitama and Genos were out for grocery as well, was surprised to see King coming towards them.

Stopping in front of Genos, "You fight this robot; you might be able to find something useful for your own replacement."

Genos didn't reply, but turned to look at Saitama. Saitama nodded and Genos immediately took action without giving the robot any chance to process the conversation.

King and Saitama watched the battle from the sideline.

"Do you want to continue watching? I have bought some meat; we can go to my place to eat if you want…" King took the initiative to invite Saitama.

Saitama immediately agreed and they walked to the King's apartment leaving Genos behind.

After Saitama left, King having nothing important to do, left the apartment in search of Demon level monsters.

Although finding Demon level monster would have been easier in Z-city, King didn't choose to go there yet. Instead he started searching in other cities where only A- rank heroes are stationed.

King can be said to be quite fortunate to find a lot of monsters in cities guarded by A-rank heroes.

During his expedition, he came across the S-rank hero 'Watchdog man'. The hero was able to track King with just scent. Although there wasn't any confrontation, 'Watchdog man' gave quite a surprise to him.

While he was in the Q- city, the watchdog man was always in his tail. 'His nose was something.'

King had to leave the Q-city due to the relentless tailing of watchdog man. 'Let's not wait here. I just need 13 of demon level monsters and I can return.'

King has already increased his perception to 1000 (+100), and other were just few points away, after the task was over he would be able to easily increase them to over 1000.

For the point, he targeted even wolf level monsters as much as possible.

What surprised King most was the sheer numbers of monsters in each city. These monsters seem to be appearing out of thin air. King even found multiples mysterious being hiding in deep underground plotting to come out.

When this message broke out, to his expectation, king felt very comfortable all around his body. His mind was clear, body was light and his senses were… free.

At the end of 24 hour mark, the feeling of being reborn came again.

Using the higher perception, he started to suppress his emotion, needs and desires and erasing them one by one leaving only rationality for the last.

Then his body slowly fell on the bed. He was able to enter the state which he was unable to explain properly; it was like, he was asleep, but awake at the same time.

Finally he let go of his rationality as well.

When his consciousness was on the verge of collapsing as well he heard a sound.
