Chapter 1The Seeds of Discord

Chapter 1: The Seeds of Discord

In the tranquil embrace of Wano Country, where cherry blossoms swayed gently in the breeze and the air was heavy with the scent of tradition, the Kozuki clan stood as a beacon of honor and nobility. At its helm was Kozuki Sukiyaki, a man revered for his wisdom and strength, yet beneath his serene facade lurked a hunger for power that gnawed at his soul like a hungry beast.

Sukiyaki had long coveted the leadership of the clan, but his ascension to the position of clan leader had been marred by the presence of his younger brother, Kozuki Hiroto. Despite their blood ties, Sukiyaki saw Hiroto as a threat to his authority—a rival who stood in the way of his ambitions.

Driven by jealousy and ambition, Sukiyaki conspired to rid himself of his brother once and for all, plotting to cast him out of the clan and claim the throne for himself.

Under the cover of darkness, Sukiyaki approached the clan elders with his treacherous scheme. He spun a web of lies and deceit, painting Hiroto as a threat to the stability of the clan and casting doubt upon his loyalty.

"Esteemed elders," Sukiyaki began, his voice smooth as silk, "I come before you today with grave news. My brother, Hiroto, has betrayed the clan. He conspires against us, seeking to undermine our authority and plunge Wano into chaos."

The elders exchanged worried glances, murmuring amongst themselves as they considered Sukiyaki's words. Hiroto watched from the sidelines, his heart heavy with sorrow and disbelief.

One of the elders, an elderly man with a long beard and a stern expression, stepped forward, his voice trembling with uncertainty. "Sukiyaki-sama, these are serious accusations you make against your own flesh and blood. Are you certain of their validity?"

Sukiyaki's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing as he met the elder's gaze. "I have seen the evidence with my own eyes, honored elder. Hiroto's treachery knows no bounds. If we do not act swiftly, the consequences could be dire indeed."

Hiroto stepped forward, his hands clenched at his sides as he met Sukiyaki's gaze with a steely resolve. "I swear to you, honored elders, I am innocent of these accusations. Sukiyaki speaks only lies, driven by his own thirst for power. I implore you, do not let his deceit cloud your judgment."

But the elders remained silent, their faces etched with uncertainty as they deliberated over the fate of the clan. In the end, it was Sukiyaki's persuasive words that won out.

The elderly man, the head of the clan elders, sighed heavily, his voice heavy with sorrow. "Hiroto, son of Kozuki, it grieves us to do this, but the evidence against you is too damning to ignore. You have brought shame upon the clan with your actions, and for that, you must be punished."

Hiroto's heart sank as he listened to the words of the elder, his worst fears realized. "But I am innocent!" he protested, his voice tinged with desperation.

The elder shook his head, his expression stern. "It matters not. The honor of the clan must be preserved at all costs. You and your followers are hereby banished from Wano forever. Leave this land and never return, lest you face the wrath of the Kozuki clan."

Hiroto's followers murmured amongst themselves, their faces twisted with anger and disbelief. But before they could protest, Sukiyaki raised a hand, his voice cold and commanding.

"Silence," he hissed, his eyes blazing with fury. "You have no place here. Leave this land and never return, lest you suffer the same fate as Hiroto."

And with those final words, Hiroto and his followers were cast out into the cold embrace of the night, the bonds of brotherhood that had once united the Kozuki clan shattered forever.

As Hiroto and his followers made their way into the darkness, their hearts heavy with sorrow and betrayal, they vowed to one day return to Wano and reclaim the honor that had been stolen from them. But little did they know of the trials and tribulations that lay ahead, or the dark forces that conspired against them from within and without.
