Your Wife Is A Miracle Worker!

Richard was relieved to get back home and try to return to his usual schedule. Obviously, there were some differences though. Like Laney working in his department and living in his house. 

The first night they got back from Hawaii, the front door slammed when she got home after visiting her sister. He was annoyed because it distracted him and initially went out to tell her to be more careful with the door. Then he saw the look on her face. 

"Could you keep it down? I'm trying to—you're upset."

"Yes, I'm upset," Laney said angrily. "Sorry. I shut the door a little too forcefully but it won't happen again."

Richard was less concerned about the door now that he saw she was in distress. She had been fine when he dropped her off. It must be because of something that happened when she went to her family's place.
