'Update has been completed. this new world is completely different from the other world Sir, I have just gone through every piece of data on both the web and within my senses. this world isn't simple.' Aesis said while coming back online. I was walking through the street, with a walking cane in hand, heading towards a nice spot to see the sunrise which was about to appear

'There are many things to take note of. but first I will go over the Stringnites. the frequency at which the strings vibrate is extremely hard for the current Stringnites to affect, so for the time being the Stringnites need time to grow stronger. until then, you shouldn't use the Stringnites to do crazy stuff. the time needed for the Stringnites to be up to date about this world frequency is 1 month. at the same time, what would need just 1 Stringnite has been increased to a few hundred.

This world has a unique energy known as Qi. Qi is one of the Fundamental Energy for Cultivators and also the entirety of the Universe. It is everywhere, with each different type of it existing depending on its environment and the affinity of its users. Cultivators can absorb this energy, and bring forth benefits depending on how they absorb it or misfortune if they make mistakes. 

Each power in this world has powerful clans, from what I could find, each clan keeps the concept of cultivation as a top secret. but the leader of each land, for example, the president although not a cultivator, knows about these clans and seems to bend the knee to these powers.

from what I could find, cultivation seems to be in its beginning stages. Cultivation is broken into realms, which are further broken into levels. the best way to explain this is like leveling up in a game. level 1 to level 2 would need you a said amount of XP, but you would need the same amount plus more to reach level 3, and so on. QI can be replaced with XP in this case.

Currently, there are 3 realms, all split into 10 levels. in total 30 levels. the first realm is called Houtian, a realm that is built around the concept of evolving the body and building a Qi sea within the body. At the same time, the body grows stronger, more durable, and stronger compared to normal humans. A Qi sea is important, being able to hold Qi within the body and not need to channel it from the outside world. although one needs time to restore the used-up Qi.' I listened calmly as Aesis explained everything about my world, leaving me narrowing eyes my world about it all. Above Houtian was Xiantian and Qi Condensation

The system had gathered this information from China, this seems to be because China had such information on the web while the rest of the world didn't. This led to China being the leading force in cultivation novels, as sometimes such cultivation stuff leaks.

The United States had a total of 300 clans spread all over the United States. some states in the United States had 5 clans, others had less than one. New York was packed with the most clans of 5. 

'Sir, there are many ways to rank people's strengths. with the data I have, I could rank everyone. how would you like them to be ranked? or would you rather follow the cultivation ranking systems?' Aesis asked to which I thought for a moment.

'use the one I know best. the Vs Battle triering system is the one I know best above everything else.' I thought calmly. I was one of those few people who tried to power-scale anime characters, so VS battle drew my attention 

The way it tiered power was going to be important to me when I head to other worlds filled with more and more powerful lifeforms. the tiering system started with Tier 11 which was 0-D, 1-D, and 2-D.

Above this was tier 10 to tier 3, which all fell under 3-D. From Aesis, I found that those cultivators in the 3rd realm of cultivation were Tier 7: Nuclear. meaning they were pretty much nuclear bombs, but just weaker. if they had to face a nuclear bomb head-on, they were sure to die.

Sitting down on a chair which allowed me to look at the rising sun, I fell into deep thought for some time. I sighed for some time, before speaking.

"Take over the minds of those weaker cultivators, you know what to do from there," I said calmly. Aesis went on to control the Stringnites. In the other world, just one Stringnite could teleport miles away meanwhile, in this world I needed a group of Stringnites working together to teleport the same distance, but it was just a hundred Stringnites, still extremely small compared to the many Stringnites I had.

The Stringnites appeared within New York, in a room belonging to a young man who was currently cultivating. they couldn't be sensed due to how small they were, and they easily allowed the young man to absorb them into their body. the Stringnites were small, to them the Qi in the air was huge, as huge as galaxies, so there was no problem in absorbing them.

the Stringnites went on to enter the brain of the young man and went on to start going through the young man's memory. this way, Aesis would learn more, increasing its near-all-knowing capability. at the same time, Aesis was able to know the usage of Qi to greater heights

With this, Aesis went on to report back to me that it was sure that it could even take control of a Qi Condensation realm cultivator. I had complete trust in Aesis's words, the AI was pretty much all-knowing so long as he had enough information to go off now... and indeed, Aesis went on to take over even the minds of Qi Condensation as they didn't have any form of mental barrier. Even those with mental barriers were not capable of stopping something so small.

With all that being said, I went on to have more Stringnites go on to take control of all of the Qi Condensation experts in the United States. With them all under my control, I had the clan leaders teleported to me, a total of 300 of such experts.

"What? how did I get here?" An old man who was sitting with crossed legs suddenly sat up, looking around in shock just to find himself standing in the air. he wasn't alone as 299 others all were shocked by how they suddenly appeared there.

But their attention was quickly drawn towards me, a kid like myself who sat on a chair with a walking cane was eye-catching. and the fact I was calmly looking at them only increased this.

"I'm the one who summoned you all," I said calmly, stunning everyone. they were about to start talking, but I put a finger over my mouth, leading to all of them losing their power to speak. 

"I don't understand much about cultivation, but it's clear I have become a powerful expert overnight. I didn't summon you all to make you all submit to me or whatever. I have no interest in ruling over others. But I understand the simplest thing is to gain some power over you all. So, as of this moment, I will be the president of the United States." I said with a sigh, why did I want to become the president? because this would give me power, I was planning on uniting the world so I could have complete hold of earth's resources. if this wasn't a cultivation world, I wouldn't care

but in cultivation novels, ores, and other such things bathing in Qi normally evolve and gain unique abilities. Such resources could appear anywhere, and I wanted them all to study and understand.

"I will allow you all to speak, any questions?" I asked calmly. they all found themselves having the power to speak, for some reason, they didn't have the power to move, or even gather Qi which scared them. it was only now that they gained such abilities. but they all began to speak at once, so I had one person to speak at a time.

"Powerful immortal... you see, you can't just become the United States president. you have to make a name for yourself and be voted for. this is the system that was set up, we can't just destroy this without creating chaos." An old man said to which I nodded in understanding.

"I am willing to put in the work," I said lightly, before pointing towards the next person to speak.

"May I know... why do you want to be the president of the United States?" Another old man asked

"I have an interest in the concept of science, I want to study it. in the process, I plan to unite the world, this way I can have all of the resources at my calling." I said leaving them all stunned.

"I plan to also fuse cultivation and Science... because of this, I would not be the one running the United States. I will simply pass orders and it would be up to you guys to follow. of course, going behind my back would equal death." I said calmly. I went on to answer a few more questions, before going on to finish things up.

"The Johnson family, Miller Family, Thompson Family, kardashian Family. Your 4 families are the strongest, so I will leave you 4 to run the United States on my behalf once I take office. everyone else, your voice would of course have a say in their ways. they don't have absolute power. I rather you all be united, than be blinded by greed." I said while using the walking cane to get up and walk off, but I stopped while looking towards them.

"I'm currently homeless and poor... Which clan in Pittsburg can help me out?" I asked calmly, leaving the group speechless. but sensing as they could move, many wanted to step forward to get the powerful experts to come to stay at their place, but I only wanted those who were close by, which was the Mellon family.

"I see... as thanks for your help," I said while pointing forward. a beam shot from my finger, and instantly, the Mellon family head went from an old man to feeling as if he was in his early 20s.

"I would have turned you back to your 20s, but I believe the sudden change in appearance might raise eyebrows... or would you be okay with it?" I asked calmly while the Mellon family and everyone else were shocked feeling the youthful air coming off him.

"I-I would be okay with it. with Qi, I can make myself look younger or older... but I don't want to sound ungrateful, this is good," he said with bright eyes, but I ignored him, and with a flash, he turned back to his prime. 

"That is the payment for your help. I will not just take stuff from you. Just give me enough for what you think that was worth." I said while everyone else teleported back to where they were at, while Mellon went on to land on the ground.

"This is priceless... you increased my lifespan, no amount of money can repay you." The Mellon family head said gratefully. Those at Qi Condensation had a long lifespan, 250 years. in other words, this old man had been alive for over 200 years, so of course he was happy to return to his youth. he had lived for so long that he was under the mindset he was used to the idea that one day he would die. but the moment he was able to live once more, he was of course happy.

He had stayed out of the public for many years, but now as a young man, he can appear in the outside world, and live life... but that would be foolish when he could humbly offer himself to follow this immortal before him.

"you should return home, you will have a lot to explain to the family," I said and with that, the young man disappeared, returning to where he was teleported from.

"Aesis, you already have a step-by-step on slowly evolving earth tech right?" I asked calmly, the good thing about having a super smart AI was that you didn't need to speak much.

'Of course, in 20 years, earth's current tech will be at a level to your liking.' Aesis said to which I nodded lightly, before going for a small walk. but it wasn't long until cars pulled up before me, and the Mellon family head stepped out to greet me...
