*** Doomsday ***

Super Strength - Doomsday's muscular density is extremely high. Doomsday's physical output and strength astronomically exceeds that of humans and is significantly stronger than Kryptonians. The exact magnitude and exertion that he is capable of remains undefined and unclear, however he can most likely pick up multiple-mega-tons. Like Superman, he can achieve feats such as super-leaping which comes from his enhanced strength.

Super Speed - Despite his large size, Doomsday can move, react and respond at superhuman speeds that cannot be followed, perceived or detected by the human eye. Eventually, after he was bestowed with certain gifts his speed grew so high, that he could likely transverse around the solar system in seconds.

Kryptonian Sense - Doomsday has the ability to sense and locate anyone with Kryptonian genes in his vicinity.

Invulnerability - Doomsday, like Superman, possesses a very high durability capacity, which can only be penetrated by other strong forces, certain radiation exposure can harm him. Military weaponry like bombs, missiles, grenades, rockets and laser beams cannot harm him.

Regeneration - Generally, Doomsday can sustain and maintain himself while battling, but he can still take damage and be harmed while fighting against other Kryptonians. Doomsday can recover and heal himself from any physical injury at a rapid pace; this ability is linked and connected with his reactive adaptation.

Reactive Adaptation – Doomsday develops and adapts an immunity to any attack that harms him; a key component of this ability is that he cannot die the same way twice. To a certain point, Doomsday is practically impervious to blunt force trauma of a punch from an opponent like Superman, seeing as he has been killed by Superman with his fists. However, Doomsday can be injured by exceptionally powerful blows though not be killed by normal means. Theoretically, based on the knowledge of doomsday, he can be harmed to a certain degree by something he died from before, but cannot be killed by it again. This adaption also offers him an extremely powerful Healing Factor.

Infinite Resurrection  - Doomsday can resurrect himself after death though after encountering Imperiex he needed to be cloned to be brought back to life. It is unknown if he could have regenerated from the damage dealt to him by Imperiex.

Immortality - He is practically immortal, and in this capacity, Doomsday does not need food, air or water to survive. His lungs have been enhanced to the point that Doomsday can breathe under water for long periods of time.

Power Absorption - In the New 52 version of Doomsday, he was granted the power of absorbing the energy from objects, and absorbing the life force from other living creatures. On more powerful beings such as Superman, this process can take as long as 4 hours to completely drain him of his power.

*** Darkseid ***

Invulnerability - Darkseid is invulnerable to bullets, rockets and high frequency energy blasts. There are a lot more that could be added to this list but these are the main three. Darkseid is immune to all human diseases.

Omega Beam - Darkseid is able to shoot beams from his eyes. The Omega beam is extremely powerful. Nothing can survive the full impact of the effect.

Immortality - Darkseid is immortal. Though he isn't immune to fatal injuries as Orion was able to kill Darkseid by ripping through his chest and Doomsday nearly killed him in Doomsday: Hunter Prey. He has lived for at least more than 245,000 years.

Telepathy: Darkseid is capable of forming telepathic links with seemingly any being in the universe.

Mind Control: Ability to control the minds of others by sheer force of will. His ability to use this power is so great that he can dominate millions of beings all at once.

Telekinesis: Darkseid is able to use psychokinetic attacks or attack the mind by simple thought. With this ability he is able to lift objects at will, as well as use them as projectile weapons or barriers. The limits to this power are unknown.

Matter Transmutation: Darkseid is able to simply transmute matter by force of will.

Molecular Dispersion: He is also able to dissipate and disperse the molecules of an object or organism, effectively erasing them from existence.

Avatar Creation: A simple thought allows Darkseid to create liable avatars if/when the need arises. His true form is too powerful to exist in the multiverse.

Psionic Possession: psychic abilities to possess an individual and negate any superhuman abilities they may have.

Energy Manipulation: can also mentally control most known forms of energy, allowing him to erect protective force fields and project withering energy bolts.

Teleportation: Darkseid is able to teleport himself or any other being simply just by thought or sheer willpower.

Size manipulation: Darkseid has the ability to alter his body to grow to giantitc size.

*** Superman ***

Super Speed

Living Solar Battery – Superman's powers rely on his cells' ability to absorb and metabolize solar energy from local stars. His Kryptonian body is a living solar battery that absorbs solar energies and converts them for fuel for his powers. His cells also store yellow sun energy so he can use his powers under objects, at night, in dark places, and in space. The more yellow sun rays Superman absorbs the stronger he gets so if he sun dips he would have unlimited power.

Healing Factor – Superman is shown to possess remarkable recuperative powers that allow him to quickly heal from wounds and makes him immune to all forms of human or Earthly diseases, illnesses, viruses and toxins. Superman heals faster when he is closer to the sun and he absorbing more sun rays.

Flight – The ability to naturally defy and operate independently of gravity and propel himself through the air at will.

X-Ray Vision – The ability to see through solid objects.

Heat Vision – Ability to emit solar energy from his eyes. Usually resembles bright red or orange laser-like beams, which may be invisible at low temperatures but extremely bright at high ones. The effective range of his beams are hundreds of feet it can also reach hundreds of miles wide instantly disintegrating a person.

Superhuman Breath – Ability to inhale and exhale huge volumes of air with great force, capable of extinguishing large fires and moving heavy objects such as cars. Also allows Superman to hold his breath for extended periods in airless environments. The release (exhalation) of highly compressed air through a valve (such as pursed lips) causes it to drop radically in temperature. This is known as the Joule–Thomson effect, and when Superman does this, it is usually referred to as Freeze Breath, and can cool objects to sub-zero temperatures and freeze air moisture solid.

Superhuman Hearing – Can hear far more sounds with far more detail and at far greater distances than normally humanly possible, including sounds on frequencies undetectable by humans such as dog whistles. Superman is able to mentally screen out most of these sounds to be able to function normally, even in a noisy environment, and can focus in on specific things, like a person's voice or heartbeat, even if they are in another part of the city. He can even hear sounds on other planets, which makes it likely that his hearing is fundamentally different than that of a human, as sound cannot travel through the vacuum of space. 

Superhuman Vision – His senses grant him the ability to see farther and with greater accuracy and detail than humanly possible. Sometimes includes the ability to see EM frequencies invisible to humans, such as radio transmissions, infrared light, the bioelectric aura which surrounds all living things, even in pitch-black darkness. Offshoots of this power include Telescopic Vision, which allows him to "zoom in" on far away objects, sometimes hundreds of miles away, and Microscopic Vision, which allows him to zoom in on objects that would normally be too small to see, like those on a cellular or molecular level.

perhuman Olfaction – A heightened and highly accurate sense of smell comparable to some animals such as dogs. Can be used to detect things like the chemicals in a bomb hidden somewhere in a crowded room.

Edetic Memory – Superman is occasionally shown to have flawless, total recall of everything he has ever seen, read or heard. In turn, he is often depicted as being fluent in many of Earth's languages and cultures.

Master Combatant – While most authors prefer to portray him as having mediocre combat prowess in favor of showing the magnitude of his powers in battle, there have been some exceptions. Some stories portray Superman as a very capable fighter with or without his abilities, as he has been trained by both Wildcat in boxing and Mongul (The second) in the fighting arts. He has fought and learned from Wonder Woman and has also learned more advanced martial arts techniques from Batman.
