Chapter 123 - Last Preparations

Two days passed since Ren told his backup plan to Kabuto, and now he is with Tsunade, Shikaku, and Dosu in the Allied Shinobi Force Headquarters near Kumo where he is going to answer the Raikage A's summon, where they will decide the details on how to fight this coming war.

Soon Ren and the others arrive in the planning room, where the Mifune and the others Kage were taking a seat on the round table, then Ren looked at all the people present here, there is the Kazekage Gaara with Temari as his attendant, the Mizukage Mei with Ao behind her, Tsunade with Shikaku, Mifune the leader of the Samurai with Okisuke, a bald man with violet-colored, pupilless eyes and a cross-shaped scar that extends across his forehead and descends downwards past his right eye, while a dragon tattoo is inscribed above his left.

Then ther is the Tsuchikage Onoki with his grandaughter Kurotsuchi, a young woman with short, black hair and eyes which are accentuated by her eyelashes running upwards at the corners, she wears the standard attire of the Iwa-nin consisting of a red uniform with her right sleeve missing and a lapel over her right leg, the brown Iwagakure flak jacket, fishnet tights and a skirt over them, she also wears regular shinobi sandals and a pair of gloves.

And last is the commander the Raikage A with Mabui a dark-skinned young woman with green eyes, she wear very formal attire consisting of a long-sleeved, high-collared dress shirt and skirt, along with a pair of long earrings and high-heel sandals, she has her light grey hair pulled back into a bun with two bangs that fall on either side of her face.

Once everyone took a seat A started with "... You all came quickly" and Gaara adds "The situation calls for haste" while Onoki says "And so another two kids are here... this is becoming and kindergarten" and Tsunade replies "They are Haruno Ren the leader of Baransa and Kinuta Dosu do not underestimate them they are strong!" Mei also adds "I can guarantee that 2 years ago they helped me dealing with the Fourth Mizukage Yagura and the Sanbi".

Mifune then interrupts everyone and says "That's enough chit-chat let's get down to business, first there's the matter of the Hachibi and Kyubi's Jinchuriki... As well as any information on the enemy's base and strength".

The first to speak is Tsunade who says "My teams still didn't find anything... we need more information" then A spoke "I, too, have assembled a search team and am gathering information, we should share information quickly between villages" and Mei adds "Then we should create an allied intelligence team...".

Then Ren spoke too "I have some intel of the enemy, I do not know how accurate is it but it is better than nothing..." and Mifune "Go on lad" Ren nodded and says "I'm sure that together with the Bijuu, Madara has also an army of more or less 100.000 synthetich beings like this one..." then he pulls out a photo of Kisame's corpse with a branch coming out of his body.

As A looked at the photo he suddenly says "Huh!? Isn't this the guy that me and B killed!? ...Hoshigaki Kisame?" and Ren replies "No, he just looks like him..." then he explained about the White Zetsu, their characteristics, and abilities.

Hearing that, all the other leaders present started growing and Gaara says "That is troubling... It means that the Shinobi Allied Force could be already compromised..." then Ren said, "Luckily my researcher Yakushi Kabuto was able to find a solution for this, he made a totally innocuous and colorless gas that when it touches these beings skins it stimulate the Wood Nature Chakra in them and makes a branch grows out of their body in a random place, and right now he is concentrating in producing more of it".

Tsunade then says "Good work Ren! You saved us, I don't know how much damage these White Zetsu could do if you weren't here" and then Onoki says "That's fine! So next... where should we hide the Hachibi and Kyubi?" and A says "Heh... I already have a place in mind, I think it's best we choose somewhere here in Kumo, as no members of our village are in Akatsuki, it's an island where B and I trained..." after that, they continued discussing the various strategies, logistic, etc.

After taking part in the war council, Ren went back to the Baransa HQ and had another meeting with his team, where he told them the plans of the Allied Shinobi Force, then he told them "So most of us will join the different divisions... Haku, Yakumo you will join the Surprise Attack Division led by Kankuro" and both of them give a nod of consent.

"Zabuza you the Mid Range Division led by Darui, Karin the Logistical and Medical Division led by Shizune" Zabuza just gives a grunt of approval, while Karin asks "Why not the Sensor Division?" and Ren "Because you have already worked with Sakura before... And I prefer that you have a job that forces you to move around instead of being in a place that is practically an unmoving target... remember that Bijuu with their Bijuudama will be present" hearing that Karin give him a nod.

"Itachi, Sasuke, and Dosu the Short-to-Mid Range Division led by Kakashi, Jugo the Short Range Division led by Kitsuchi, Taro and Jiro the Long Range Division led by Gaara who is also the field commander" and all of them gave a silent approval to the choice.

"And last but not the least, Agent P, Kabuto, and Mecha-Naruto will move on their own spreading mayhem, supporting others or send the injured to the nearest medic-nin" then Taro and Jiro raised their hand and said at the same time "What about you Ren?".

And Ren replies "After this is over I will go in a secluded place to try to attain the final form of my power... My instinct tells me that we will need all the power possible... In fact, I do not know how much time it will take me to finish... But it shouldn't be too much I only need one last push" then Ren finished the meeting giving to Peri the job to go to Ame and give a letter to Yahiko and Konan.

Then he went to the underground training zone and said "Senbonzakura, are you sure?" and he heard her voice says 'Yes Ren-dono...you have completed everything needed to reach the Yukai (Fusion) state... now the only thing left is for your body has to totally attune to the spirit state... and the only way to do that is to reach the Pure Land with your living body... and stay there for a while...'.

Ren hearing that let out a sigh and said "Ok, let's do this!" he draws Senbonzakura and stabs her in the air, and the next second a Senkaimon big enough to let him inside opened, then Ren called a Jigokucho to lead the way and walked inside... or at least tried but was stopped by a strong rejecting force then Senbonzakura said 'Ren-dono it isn't so easy after all the Pure Land isn't for the living... you have to fight this rejecting force with your Reiatsu (Spiritual Pressure), and once inside your body will be 'contaminated' by the spiritual energy inside... be careful at first it will be only a nuisance but the closer you are to the Pure Land the more this sensation will grow, and once there it will hurt... a lot...when the pain stops it means that you have completed the last piece'.

Then Ren steeled himself, let out his Reiatsu, and slowly walked inside the Senkaimon saying "Why these things are never easy...".
