16. Buy a warehouse

Soon Alfred brought a human robot. Ajay registered himself as the owner. Then brought him to Earth.

A middle aged man was sitting in one corner of the restaurant. He was slightly dark wheatish coloured, his face was slightly showing signs of aging. He was wearing a suit, which slightly stand out from the surroundings.

In America, if people wear suits, it is very common. But in India, there are mainly two reasons when someone wears a suit. One is on certain occasions like parties or marriages. And second is lawyers.

The middle aged man was constantly looking at his watch and then looking out of the mirror, like waiting for someone.

Then he saw a black car stop in front of the hotel gate. First, an American man 30 years old wearing a suit got out of the car from the driver's seat and then opened the back door.

A young man 24-25 years old with a slightly immature but a handsome face with well proportioned body got out of the car. He was wearing a casual shirt and trousers. The sleeves of the shirt were slightly folded showing his forearms cut and muscles.

Then two gentlemen went towards the gate. The gatekeeper opened the gate and welcomed them. The lawyer went towards a waiter and whispered something in his ear. Then both gentlemen started to walk toward the middle aged man.

The middle aged man stood from his seat and took a side step and stood in the corridor. Both gentlemen stopped a few feet away from the middle aged man.

<You must be Mr A right.> The American man asked the middle aged man.

"Yes, Are you one who is interested in buying my warehouse?"

<Ah, yes introducing myself. My name is Harvey specter, a lawyer. This is my client, Mr Ajay who is interested in your warehouse.> Harvey took his hand out and shake hands with the middle aged man. Afterwards, Ajay also shook his hands with the middle aged man.

Of course, Harvey specter is a name given by Ajay to the Human robot. Ajay was a huge fan of the Suits series, so he named the lawyer robot after the Protagonist of the Series. Like he named Friday after the AI Tony Stark's AI in Avengers, end game.

'It is easier to name and remember them.' Ajay thought in his mind.

Ajay and Harvey sat on the chair side by side.

"Sir, what would you like?" A waiter came holding a small notebook in one hand and a pen in another.

"What would you like?" The middle aged man asked looking at Ajay and Harvey.

"One coffee." Ajay said to the waiter.

<Nothing.> Harvey said as he can't drink anything.

"One coffee for me also." The middle aged man also ordered.

Soon waiter brought two mugs of coffee and served them on the table.

<So my client wants to buy your warehouse. So how much money do you want for this warehouse?> Harvey took initiative to ask the price.

"As I marked on the internet, 50 Lacs. My warehouse is more than 1000 sq. metres in area."

"But you cannot find this big warehouse in the whole city."

<Let's be honest. We all know that there is a huge dumpster near the warehouse. And that's why no one has bought it for a half year.> The Middle aged man started to think. He cleaned sweat from his forehead with a handkerchief. After a full minute of thinking, he spoke.

"I will cut one lac from 50 lacs."

Harvey shooked his head. He stood up from his seat <Then looks like we won't have this deal. My client doesn't want to buy the warehouse with overvaluing.> Ajay also stood up with Harvey.

"Don't go, Don't go, we can negotiate. Everything can be negotiated." middle aged man panicked.

Harvey and Ajay sat on the seat again. After a few rounds of negotiation, the middle aged man came at 48 lacs.

He shooked hands with Ajay. Harvey took a tablet from his bag and adjust some things on the contract and then print the contract from the printer in the hotel.

Then they went to the Registration office to register

Both parties signed the contract in front of the registration officer.
