Rupert smiled and said the current case is fascinating because both weredragons and the police will look into it. Loel and Zev give each other a look.

"And what exactly did you notice about the corpse? Was there anything strange about his death?" Zev asked.

"Yes, of course," Rupert said, smiling. "It wasn't an accident."

"What do you mean?" said Loel.

Rupert took a quick look at Loel and Eve. "He had a heart attack, and while in that state, someone pushed him out the window. Before he fell, his heartbeat stopped."

"That's why when I checked his pulse, it was gone," Zev explained.

"We can assume a weredragon did it," said Rupert.

"You think a weredragon? Not just an ordinary person?" Zev asked.

"He smells strange," Rupert said. Zev immediately put his nose to the body, and the smell was strange. Loel followed suit.

"Is it a dragon's bane?" asked Loel.
