Yeah you feed that idiot, ahahahah, best part of being a baby!) Inko, Izuku's mom noticed how Izuku was watching her friend breast feed, so she tried to breast feed him as well
Of course the moment she tried she was immediately rejected then he thought to himself (Fuck, No, It's too weird, you're my mother, I'm already Two years old, I can drink normal milk) it wasn't that he doesn't want to eat, it was the fact that he was a teenager in the body of a child, it was too weird for him to suck on his mother, he felt as if it was too much, he was her kid, it wasn't as if he teleported or something like that, so he doesn't see her as a potential love interest
"OH Izuku, you grew too fast" Izuku looked at his mom and then said "I love you mommy, but I'm not hungry" Izuku's mom held him and then kissed him after saying "I love you too sweet heart"

BBoth Izuku and Inko found themselves in a doctor's office, anxiously awaiting to determine if Izuku had a Quirk. After a brief wait, the doctor returned with disappointing news, telling Izuku that he did not possess a Quirk. Inko, having seen her son's enthusiasm for superheroes, was taken aback by this revelation and asked the doctor to try again, hoping for a different outcome "Are you Sure ? Maybe you made the wrong test, Please try again!" said Inko, Izuku, in an attempt to console his mother, sarcastically dismissed the doctor's assessment saying " "Mother, Did you actually believe this Goo Brain?" The doctor was taken aback by Izuke's response, then he was taken aback even more when he added "Ha, This guy is probably an Anti-Vaxer Look at this idiot, he can't even tell if I have quirk or not, where get you medical degree ? did you buy it on Ebay ? Fucking Brain dead Idiot"
After Few Seconds of total silence it was Inko that spoke "Izuku ! That isn't right, Apologize Immediately, I didn't raise you like this" Inko reprimanded Izuku for his rude behavior, reminding him of the values she instilled in him. Izuku quickly apologized and assured his mother that he was indeed raised well. Despite not having a Quirk, Inko reassured Izuku that he would still become a great person.
The doctor that received super Effective damage watched them leave and then said "how did he know that I use Ebay, Also why was I attacked ? Kids this day's *sigh*"

Few days later

Izuku had been given permission to go outside near his house, but instead, he ignored that and ventured into the City forest. There, he decided to experiment with his Servant's Quirk, saying to himself, "Alright! Let's get to it." Closing his eyes, Izuku felt something stirring inside his body, and then he experienced excruciating pain accompanied by a sudden surge of heat. Unbeknownst to him, the cries of another man couldn't be heard, and he eventually collapsed, passing out.

After a few hours...

Izuku regained consciousness in the forest, looking around in distress. He muttered, "Oh no, oh no, it's too late! I'm only five. Please tell me she didn't call the police." In a hurry, he rushed back to his house, and as he picked up speed, he realized something strange – his body was incredibly fast, much faster than an ordinary human. It was as if he had developed a Quirk! Confused about what was happening, he wondered why the power of the Servant was active, but he hadn't transformed completely. Suddenly, he noticed changes in his appearance: he had become taller and more muscular, wearing different clothes – black pants and a small white jacket over his bare chest. His left hand was wrapped in red material, leaving him bewildered about the transformation.
As he focused on his thoughts, he recalled someone warning him not to transform. To his surprise, he heard a voice in his head saying, "Finally, it took you long enough!" Startled, Izuku asked, "Who are you? What the fuck are you doing inside my body?" The voice inside him responded, "What a vulgar way of speaking young man ! 'sigh' My name is Senji Muramasa. You attempted to transform into me, but since my body doesn't exist in the Throne of Heroes, you only partially transformed into Shirou Emiya. Listen carefully – you are now a hero, and you can use my body for a couple of minutes whenever you activate your quirk ability. and not just me, others as well, however, and don't get mad at me for this, even when you return to your own body, you'll still be a young version of me. This will of course grant you strength and partially some of my abilities, so don't be upset because, well...uhh, your original body... it kinda uhh... it kinda exploded."
"WHAT ????" Izuku exclaimed in shock.
