Chapter 265

Wang Yu had already gotten what he wanted from the men whom he captured. Only one part of the conversation had him thinking again and again.

Wang Yu made their family stand in front of them as the eyes of Li Zi Yun's kidnappers widened in fear. They had been promised that nothing would happen to their family even if they are caught but in front of them, their family was standing, shaking in fear. The family including their parents, children, in laws were all brought in and that was when the men lost it.

One of the man's wife was pregnant and was on the verge of fainting. However, Wang Yu was not ready to have mercy on anyone. The families were kneeling down before Wang Yu including all the children in the family and their screams were the only noise in the dungeon. They became silent when Wang Yu sat down on the chair comfortably with an evil aura surrounding him.

Wang Yu's voice was as cold as ice as he started speaking, "Does anyone know what was the price of all the wealth you are enjoying today?"

His voice was enough to make everyone pee their pants. Wang Yu was in his worst mood that day and he did not give a fuck about how many people he killed, he just wanted the name.

Wang Yu continued, "My eight months old pregnant wife was kidnapped by these men and tortured and my babies were killed and my wife's wrist were cut open when I found her. She was bleeding to death when I found her and pills had been forced down her throat to kill my baby."

There were loud gasps all around. They only knew that the men were doing something huge but most of the family members had no idea what they were doing.

Wang Yu stood up from his seat and everyone moved a foot back, away from him, he continued, "Now how about I return the favor? I see a pregnant woman here. Shouldn't I give back what my faced under your husband's hands?"

The woman had started weeping loudly but Wang Yu was not bothered, he looked at her eyes and said, "Don't worry. Unlike my wife, I will not make you suffer for two days. My men will be done with you in one day."

The pregnant woman was shaking in fear listening to Wang Yu.

Wang Yu then looked at the guy who was struggling in his chair, whom he was sure was the pregnant woman's husband, he let out a humorless laugh and continued, "Should I let my men have their time with her? I heard pregnant woman are more sensitive and horny. Even though she is not good looking, I am sure the men would not mind. What do you say guys?"

The men cheered loudly and that was the last straw. The man snapped.

The man started begging desperately, "Please I will tell you everything. Please don't touch my wife please."

But Wang Yu pushed aside his words, "No you don't have to tell me anything. You can start speaking after your wife is in the same state as you left my wife or maybe even worse."

Wang Yu got up to leave and said to his men, "Take good care of our 'guests'"

Without giving the opportunity for Wang Yu to refuse, the man spoke quickly, "It was planned to kidnap her on a Friday and leave her there till Monday when the workers will find her. Before that day we would have escaped and fled from the country."

Wang Yu looked at the man, "How did you know that she will come out on Friday?"

The man replied the second Wang Yu finished his question, "We had planned to kidnap her from your home if she doesn't come out"

"How did you know that I wouldn't be at home?"

The man said, "Our boss said everything has been planned already. We were sure you wouldn't be at home." And this sentence caught Wang Yu's attention.

"Who is the boss?"

"That person used a voice changer. I am not sure if it was a man or a woman. We…"

Before the man could continue, the one who looked like the gang's leader yelled at the top of his voice, "Shut up right now you asshole"

But the man was more scared of Wang Yu than the leader so he continued, "We were given a phone and asked to contact that person only through that phone"

At last Wang Yu was getting at something, he asked him, "Where is the phone?"

The gang leader yelled once again, "You're going to get us killed. Close your mouth"

The man said to Wang Yu, "It's in my wife's medicine box"

Wang Yu ordered his men, "Fetch it now"

The men had taken everything from the place and therefore it was easy to find the phone hidden under all those medicines.

Wang Yu was about to leave but the pregnant woman rushed towards him and held his legs and begged to him, "he did not want to accept the job but he did that only for our child. I know I am shameless to be asking this but please forgive our child. You can do whatever you want to me. Please let my child live. Please"

Wang Yu looked at his men and they dragged the woman away from him. He did not feel pity for that woman. Those men should have thought about their family before touching Li Zi Yun. The woman's wailing could be heard throughout the dungeon but Wang Yu did not feel an ounce of sympathy for them. Though he said all that only to threaten to the men to tell the truth, he was not a least bit bothered about what will happen to those people. They will suffer for touching Li Zi Yun.

Wang Yu was thinking about this sentence again and again.

"Our boss said everything has been planned already. We were sure you wouldn't be at home."

There have been issues in S country for the past few months and he had visited the branch in S country only because it was too urgent to the point where he had to go. Then did that mean that those problems were intentionally caused by those people to get him away from Li Zi Yun?

Wang Yu's men were working overtime to find out anything they could but it was not easy. Someone had clearly and carefully planned this for months and executed this.

When Li Zi Yun opened her eyes, Wang Yu was not there next to her. This had been happening almost every day from when she was discharged from hospital. Though Li Zi Yun noticed this, she was drowning in her own sorrow to worry about anything else. Wang Yu said he went for a run when she asked in the morning. Li Zi Yun could see that he was being entirely truthful but she let it go.

Wang Yu did not look refreshed instead, there was a murderous aura around him and he looked too tired in the morning. Li Zi Yun could not understand why Wang Yu had to hide something from her after facing so much.

One morning, Li Zi Yun could not take it anymore so she asked him directly, "Tell me directly if you have lost interest in our marriage or if something else is going on in the side"

Wang Yu knew that she was talking about but he masked it with an innocent look, "What are you talking about? Silly"

Seeing that Li Zi Yun was talking seriously, he pulled her towards him for a kiss.

Then Wang Yu continued, "I can't even imagine leaving you."

Then Wang Yu asked playfully, "Wait a minute. Don't tell me you want to leave me because you found your parents"

Li Zi Yun pulled Wang Yu by the collar so that he was face level to her, and said, "You're my everything and this is my home. Where would I go?"

Wang Yu pulled Li Zi Yun close to him for a hug and both of them stayed in the same position without saying a word. He could feel how much weight Li Zi Yun had lost and held her even closer to him.

It had been a long time since Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun spent time together. Li Zi Yun had been waiting for Wang Yu to bring up the topic regarding her kidnapping, but he never said a word.

After a long gap, Li Zi Yun asked him, "Did you find them? The ones responsible for all this…?"

Wang Yu was lost in thought as he said, "I will take care of everything. Trust me". He did not know if he said that because he wanted to answer her question. But he wanted her to trust. He wanted to take away all her pain and make her happy once again.

Li Zi Yun whispered, "I do" and tightened her hold on Wang Yu.
