First Meeting and Blunder

It felt like he had a mysterious connection with her. It definitely wasn't due to those two teeth that were sticking a little out, Definitely not! Even though anyone in his position could recognize her with those squirrel-like teeth and brown hair. It was definitely due to a mysterious connection.

While he was busy gawking at Hermione with an almost drooling face. his hand on the other hand was just above the box. The next moment

'crack' an almost inaudible sound came from the box. Lucas could have heard and reacted to that sound but he was too busy looking at Hermione in a daze.

The next moment powerful mana burst from the wand and it flew towards Lucas's hand. Lucas was surprised with suddenly feeling a wand in his hand. And the next moment, Lucas felt his mana get sucked by the wand followed by an almost blinding light that burst everywhere, even the people in the street felt almost blind, Narcissa who was just behind Hermione and her parents, was also scared to tears since she knew Lucas was inside.

Sir no sir, we don't do that here, the light was signaling the seal being broken while the crack symbolized that some of the gold has just come out. and conveniently there was a Vampire with a powerful bloodline nearby so the wand flew towards the Vampire and you see the situation above. No, it was definitely not to make Lucas look cool.

It took about 5 sec for the light to subside and another few seconds for everyone to adjust back. Mother Malfoy ran in as soon as she can after the light subsided, she even pushed Hermione's parents out of the way and saw a wand on Lucas's hand which had various words carved onto it the words were glowing with a faint scarlet color. Mother Malfoy let out a sigh of relief when she saw Lucas was in no immediate danger, She then turned towards Olivander and started to curse him for being irresponsible followed by cursing his 18 generations which Olivander could only take in without reply since even he didn't know if it was safe. As for the rest, they were looking at Lucas and his wand with curiosity.

Hermione being as curious as she was went forward and asked

"What was that!"

to which Lucas who was again in a daze looking at his wand in its unsealed state was brought back to reality again with the comment and said in a semi-conscious state after looking at Hermione.

"The wand was just unsealed from its seal so there was such a phenomenon."

Then Hermione started monologuing to herself while Lucas was finding it hard to take his eyes away from her. They only came back to their senses when Mr. Granger let out a cough. Lucas then, remembering all the etiquette lessons he has ever learned, picked Hermionie's hand, Kissed it at the back, and said in as calm of a way as possible

"I am Lucas Malfoy it is a pleasure to meet you."

All the adults in the room, including Mother Malfoy who saw the scene, started to give them an 'I know Look.' while the two girls at the side were glaring jealously at Hermione. The two at the center of all their gazes looked embarrassed. Lucas was even glaring at old man Olivander after he gave him that look. As for Hermione she barely squeaked out

"I'm-m Her-Hermione G-Granger, T-thankyou." she was even stuttering through her fluster.

Then the room went silent... Just when Lucas was about to die of embarrassment and the stares from the two girls at the side, Mother Malfoy came stepped in and asked with a warm smile.

"So Ms. Granger, You are here for a wand right?"

The question made everyone go back to normal.

While Lucas, Mother Malfoy, and the two girls exited the shop after paying money for the Four wands which included Hermione's.

On their way back to the Leaky Caudron, the two girls came near Lucas and whispered in his ear,

"I think she was a Mug-"

"Don't say it." cut off Lucas. "I don't like that word, more so when someone uses it name-call others."

The two girls stopped talking but still looked very discontent.

Mother Malfoy who was at the front also let out a sigh, since she knew Lucas didn't like hearing that word. It was quite ironic since both she and her husband both were former death eaters yet had a son who didn't like pureblood supremacy. It once even sparked a fight between Lucas, Lucious, and Herself. The fight made them question their own morals and ideals for days after which all three came to a compromise which was partly due to Lucas being a genius otherwise Lucius would have already made the decision to disown Lucas and send him to the Blacks.
