Timeskip to Quirk Awakening(1)

[3 years later]

{3rd person POV}

In a room, we can see a small boy that looks to be four years old sitting in a lotus position and meditating surrounded by bowls of sacred lotus flowers.

The boy had golden hair that seemed to reflect the sunlight that came through the window and it would randomly become a brighter shade at times.

Then the boy stood up and stretched then sighed and said, "Nothing today either" This is our MC previously known as Ryan now known as Kato Yamamoto.

Now that we see his eyes they are green, just like his sister and mother except they are a lighter color unlike the darker green that they have.

"But I know I won't have to wait much longer I'm starting to feel something filling up inside me." said Kato thinking about how to prepare himself for his stand/quirk.

[Kato POV]

"*sigh* It's a beautiful day outside. birds are singing, flowers are blooming... on days like these, nosy Goddesses like you..." I said.

I heard a tiny gasp and I quietly picked up a slipper.

"Should be minding their DAMN BUSINESS!" I said and shouted the last part as I launched the slipper towards a spot in my room that was looking like a woman's shape and was stopping the light from touching it.

The slipper flew across the room towards the figure and it quickly sidestepped but it fell for my trap, I had thrown another two slippers on both sides of where I threw the first one and another one in my hands'hahahaha I win!'.

"Gah" That's what I heard from the invisible figure as it's state wore off finally revealing the culprit the Dio Goddess from the beginning of this story.

*crash*

Ignoring the the sound of something breaking I look at the Goddess infront of me and say, "So it was you all along, did something happen to you I thought you were the cold and intelligent Goddess type that didn't spy on others, for example the person you sent for reincarnation"

Goddess Dio or G.O Dio now was still rubbing her face where the slipper landed much to Kato's delight and her suffering she said, "I only act that way to get more believers and faith it's not my fault you fell for it" she then stuck her tongue out and flipped me off.

A vein could be seen pulsing on my forehead as I said, "Well f*ck you to and stop spying on me." Dio then stood back up to her full height which is currently taller than me, granted I am still a child it still rubs me the wrong way.

Then she said, "I would but I need to make sure that other Go-" She didn't get to finish her sentence as a rock phased through my wall, 'What?' and hit her square in the chest. That forced all the air out of her lungs??? do Gods have lungs?, Meh a question for later.

As she's coughing on the ground like a cat trying to spit out a hairball I approached her and asked, "What were you talking about before?" She coughed and said, "*cough*Nothing"

I sighed if she didn't tell me on the first try she's probably not going to say it if I ask more instead she asked me something. "By the way, how did you see me?, you haven't even gotten your wish yet." I pretended to think for a second before saying, "cus 'yer trash" She faltered for a second before shouting, "That's not what I meant!" She took a deep breath to calm herself and continued. "I trained the invisibility in this body for ten years you know TEN!" She showed both her hands counting ten.

I thought for a moment before saying, "Did you ever test it on other Deities?" she put her hand on her chin and started thinking for a while before she said, "Yes, during some wars that we had."

I was surprised at the last part, though it doesn't matter too much not like I'll ever become a God.

Anyways, back to now it seems like I'm able to detect her somehow while she's cloaked, now it could be that she's the talentless muggle I think her to be now.

"Hey, that's uncalled for!"

Another possibility is, I can somehow sense her life force. if I remember correctly Giorno could sense life forms in the vicinity with his stand, if I can do it to that means that I should be getting it today or in the near future.

Maybe she just has skill issues it's the most likely reason for this.

I turn to my room door and prepare to leave. If you're wondering where the Goddess went she left just now, she just disappeared into yellow plasma.

Right out of my room there is a flight of stairs 1 meter from the door, Out of curiosity I asked why, my parents and my sister had different answers.

Both my parents said it's for my safety. Like if a villain got out of jail and wanted vengeance on my dad for throwing them in there and decided to go for me for that.

But my sister agreed with them though she had something else to say.

*Short Flashback*

"Of course you would have to stay close to me, my little brother before anyone or anything else even if I would die."

What she said really touched my heart, at that moment I felt something other than my heart start pulsating in my chest, but it disappeared right after.

But when it did I felt really energized like I drank 5 cans of red bull, I couldn't even sleep at night till the sun rose.

*Short Flashback End*

I don't know when but while I was reminiscing I'd reached where my family were eating breakfast, They all noticed me at the same time. My sister was in her school uniform, Dad was in his casual clothes as usual and Mom was wearing a white coat with a blue and white striped apron.(I didn't mention this before but she works as a butcher.)

As they saw me they all flashed bright smiles and said, ""Good Morning!/Kato!"" At that moment I felt it, The same warmth that I felt when I was with my family before I died and got reincarnated here.

I always felt like I didn't belong here, like I took the place of who their actual son was supposed to be, Those times before when I would dream about getting Isekai'd I thought I would never feel like that but I guess not huh ?

But now I feel like I've always been their son even, though my mind wasn't developed in this body, even though they never appeared in the manga or anime, They're still my family in this world.

I will protect my family in this world, I now I won't be able to go back to my old world but I don't need to worry about them I have a copy of my own soul there after all.

This world isn't as dangerous as others but that doesn't mean that there's no danger, I just need to get stronger than the danger.

'Nothing and No one will break my determination to protect my family in this new world' as those thoughts went through my head the pulsating from before appeared again this time it's even stronger than before but that's not all. I can even feel the energy flowing through my body, my muscles, my bones, my organs even in the depths of my very soul.
