Cereous is the most handsome mermaid prince on the seabed. Making Allura, the mermaid, fall in love with him. But Cereous refused because he didn't like Allura. And it made King Neris angry. Cereous was finally cursed into a helpless little fish. He would turn into a merman every midnight. If he meets a woman who is afraid of him, then the curse will continue to exist. If he meets a woman who is not afraid of him, then slowly he will turn into a merman, even though it takes a long time. However, Cereous's desire grew. He wants to become fully human after meeting Ellie, an ordinary woman who has absolutely no ambition in her life.
