Prologue Lux Deitine

The fauna of the forest swung wildly as a hastened figure rushed quickly throughout the forest in need of an escape, a refuge, anything to get him away from the monsters he used to think were there to protect him. He knew they would be chasing him, but he didn't care, he knew he could get away, no matter how long he had to travel, no matter how fast he had to run, he was going to escape, and he was going to live his own life, a life without the people who used him. This was his final gambit.
