Chapter 238: We’re Dating Now

"Thank you, YuChen-ge."

Su Ning smiled in relief. In fact, she couldn't wait to see Lin JinYan but Gu YuChen insisted that she first have something to eat. So despite having no appetite she forced herself to swallow several spoonfuls of porridge. After she had had her medication, Su Ning was calmer. She felt a bit silly on how she overreacted earlier. She had been hysterical and in tears.

Gu YuChen, unperturbed as always, sat beside her gracefully peeling an apple. 

"That…. YuChen-ge…" Su Ning weakly called out. 

"En?" 

"Earlier… I was a bit much. I'm sorry." Su Ning said contritely.

Gu YuChen smiled, his girl was too loveable. 

"NingNing doesn't have to apologize to me. You did nothing wrong."

"YuChen-ge come here a bit." Spoke the sweet milky voice.

"Hmm?"

Gu YuChen leaned close to Su Ning while his hands were still preoccupied with the fruit. As such, he was completely taken off guard by what happened next.
