The End and New Beginning

In a City. A man is walking through a tight alleyway. He hear someone calling him saying "Hey! I just see you around here. Are you new?" the man ask.

The man walking is around 20-22 years old. He answered the man "Oh I was just walking by" he answered. The man that is clearly drunk with his other friends smile and said "You should get one cup if you're just passing by" they put one cup of beer towards the man.

The man existed that "Oh I'm sorry, I don't really drink beer". The group of man stand up and said "Aren't that bit of offensive? If someone offer you something you should gladly take it with no question. Am I right?!" the man shout to him.

"Oh... It's just i don't drink be-" the man couldn't say the word completely as he felt something pierced his stomach. A knife is placed on the man stomach. He couldn't react and the man said "You should learn your lesson boy" as he close his eyes.

He felt nothing. He seems to be falling in a void. He couldn't felt his hands, feet, every ounce of his body.

As the time goes by. Maybe month, year, decade, or century passed he doesn't feel something. But a warm light wake up the man in his slumber.

*What is happening?* he thought. But something pulls him in the darkness. An unknown force pulls him toward the light.

The light goes to him and light like a flash bang. He opens his eyes. He's in the swamp, the trees big as a normal building surrounds it. He tried to felt his body. To his surprised he has his hands and feet.

But it seems nothing like his body before he left out in the void. *What is happening? I didn't know what happened* he thought.

He go towards the swamp to see his looks. To his surprise he looks like a boy in 9-10 years old of age. He had blue hair and blue eyes.

"Whoa..." he is shocked by his appearance. He doesn't know he would someday look like a beautiful man. "Wait... Am I a man?" a question suddenly goes to his head.

He slowly take a peak in his sensitive part. "Phew" he sigh in relief that he is indeed a man.

*But... Where am I?* he thought as he look around him trying to see if there is anyone beside him in this swamp. But he find none, it looks like he is indeed alone in the swamp.

*Where should I go now? Maybe I will venture endlessly in...* he gets up and start spinning around. *This way!* he stop spinning and open his eyes. He found out that he will be going south (in his perspective when he is reincarnated in this world).

As he is leaving the swamp and go deeper in the woods he notice nothing but an endless trees. The trees is the same size as the buildings in his previous life.

But the atmosphere of the forest change. It's going darker of he decided that he should find a place to stay for the night. *It's getting darker. hm... that's the tree roots? it looks like I can stay there for the night* he thought.

He sit down between the tree roots that is suitable enough for his body to lay down. He is quite comfortable on this position and close his eyes.
