Snowballing

I was looking at the terrified orcs with joy in my face; their faces were brimming with despair and pain, the look of horror filling their eyes. It was a feast to my eyes. 'This feels really good!' I thought to myself as I started to feel even more euphoric.

I then slowly started to walk towards them, this time, making sure that I released a massive aura which made the orcs hard-pressed to even look away from me. As I wanted to look at their faces when I rip them piece by piece, slowly making them suffer in agony and pain. I wanted to look on the look of despair and horror that those orcs would have when they had to see their own brothers getting tortured and killed brutally, right in front of their eyes.

Just the thought made me shiver with ecstasy. 'I'm going to seriously enjoy it!' I thought to myself with malicious and sadistic intent. It was also at that moment I had realized something.

'If this world is same with Mir Grand, well mostly; then there should be beings like kings, lords, and things like that, right? If that's the case, I'll probably want to get the title of dragon king and other king title as fast as possible!' I then imagined the world where I was a being who was showered in king titles and power.

King and lord class titles were some of the strongest titles in the entire game. It allowed someone to get dominion over a race and make your subordinates more powerful. But that was just the basic purpose of those titles; they also allowed you to gain special skills and magic unique to the race. And not only that, they also allowed you to evolve your skills to stronger form. All in all, they were just like weaker divine skills or stronger sacred skills.

'The first to get should be the demon king, dragon king is just too hard.' I wanted to get the demon king first, as it was the easiest title to gain by far in Mir Grand, as many people liked to role play as demon kings. The others were leagues above the demon king in difficulty, especially dragon kings, as to gain it, I would have to kill the king class dragons -- who were at least level 70 with the highest one being level 80.

I then sighed inside as I got disappointed at the reality of the situation; dragon king was the title I was the most after, as it would likely give me an upgrade to my wisdom and other racial skills -- something which I dearly needed as I was really too weak. It's so hard being a dragon who would be considered as a legend- Mythical beast -- a beast whose power would create stories so extreme that they were nothing but mythical. I have it so hard!

'I should probably focus on becoming the demon king now.' I wanted to become a dragon king more, but I knew that it was still years off in the future. Plus, becoming the demon king would probably have some effects on my sacred skill Sin and that I might be able to gain some bonus to my torturing abilities -- something which I would gladly take. I didn't know much about the demon king title, same with the dragon king, but I did know that it has to do something about those things, or should've.

And just like that, I had a newfound determination to become a demon king, a being who will conquer the entire world! 'Actually, that might be really fun!' I was getting really excited at imagining just how much mess I could create in this world, and just how much people I could torture.

The thought made me quiver with anticipation.

'It's time to become a demo-'

'What can I do...' I quickly started to think to myself for a good few seconds, only leaving me 6 seconds left until I died.

'Oh yeah! I have to do that!' whelp now I was hoping that it would help me, as I knew that I had messed up pretty bad. And if it didn't I knew that I was probably going to be kissing my second life goodbye, as that was the only thing I could do.
