Sun Lixia could clearly see from Sun Weilong's expression that something was weighing heavily on him. She sat with Li Xiaojun and Li Yanyan, brows furrowed in concern. Li Xiaojun asked, "Brother-in-law, what seems to be the problem?"

Sun Weilong, his voice strained, replied, "It's a long story. I'd prefer everyone to be here. Can you please contact Li Chen and Li Xinjie as well? I've already texted Sun Gang and Sun Fang."

Li Xiaojun nodded. "Of course." He promptly called his two sons.

Sun Lixia, her worry growing, asked, "Is everything okay, brother?"

Sun Weilong shook his head. "No, it's not okay, princess."

Li Yanyan, sensing the gravity of the situation, offered, "Should I give you some privacy?"

Sun Weilong waved off her concern. "Oh no, you're Brother-in-law's sister. That makes you family. And besides, I need all hands on deck for this one."
