CHAPTER-23: BATTLE WITH MARINES

About a month has passed and the God Hunter pirates have visited various islands.

I was another sunny day, black pearl is sailing in the sea heading towards the next island.

Ian was sitting on the bowsprit holding some meats and threw them into the sea. And some bubbles emerged from the sea.

"Well, now you should be full..hehe"

Then, Ian found some red dots on his map towards their left. Then, black pearl went to meet the pirates as Ian was getting bored.

"Huh..Who would it be this time?"

As the ship got closer, Ian could see the flag of the pirate. It was a like a red shark with two bone cross and on the front sail, ARLONG was written.

"Eh! Is this a coincidence? So, they should be on their way to East Blue to take over Cocoyashi Village. Hehe, but you are in bad luck today..you met me here."

Yes. The was the Arlong Pirate's. Some months before, after Jinbe became the Shichibukai, Arlong was released from the prison. Unfortunately, this led to a massive disagreement between Jinbe and Arlong causing the Sun Pirates to disband into three factions: the Arlong Pirates, the Marco Pirates and the Jinbe's crew. Soon, after that Arlong has been planning of ruling the East Blue and was finally on his way to East Blue. But its a pity, on his way he met the God Hunter Pirates.

Ian: "Ok JaberWocky, come out! Lets go have some fun."

Soon after, JaberWocky emerges from the sea, Ian stood on one of his head and headed to Arlong's ship.

"Arlong boss! Its the God Hunter Pirate's captain. He is coming here riding a Sea King."

Arlong: "Damn! Why is he here? This bastard humans"

Arlong also heard various news about the God Hunter Pirates and also knew that Ian was a dangerous person. Ian had already reached Arlong's ship and seeing the huge Sea King shadowing their ship, all the crew members were horrified.

Arlong: "Well, I didn't expect the famous pirate to meet here. What do you need to let us go? Money or gold, I can give you."

Ian: "Hehe, for the treasure I have many. All I want is to kill to all to spend some boring time. Thats all"

Arlong: " Don't be too arrogant human, you may be strong but this is the sea, you think you can beat me that easily."

Ian: "tsk..tsk..What a noisy fish, then all I need to do is to kill you before going inside the sea."

As Ian was speaking, he had already took out a gold coin, tossed it in the air and covered his finger with electric then pushed the coin lightly,

"Electromagnetic gun!"....*swosh*

" what!!..*boom*

The coin was shot at extremely high speed that only a flash was seen. It easily passed through Arlong's chest making a hole in his heart and hit the deck bombarding the ship.

"Arlong boss!!"

"Damn humans how dare you kill our boss. You die!!"

Then, the remaining crew had already gone mad seeing their captain killed and started rushing towards Ian.

"Heh..a group of fish who don't know the gap. Well, JaberWocky! Eat them all."

*rooaaaarrr*

Soon, a small feast occured. All the remaining Arlong's crew were all eaten by JaberWocky.

"Huh! what weaklings..I want to fight a stronger enemy nowadays. Well, now that the threat of Nami and the others are cleared. I think Cocoyashi will not be destroyed anymore."

Then, Ian returned back to his ship and continued the journey. Soon, they reached saw an island.

Checking at the map, Ian found that it was the Jaya island. After reaching, they docked on the port and entered the town.

The arrival of the God Hunter Pirate caused panic in the town. Recently, Ian's group has become worldwide famous. Then, Albedo and the girls went shopping and Ian's boys team went to the bar. As Ian walked inside the bar, all the people present trembled and didn't even dare to look properly.

On the far away, Five navy warships were slowly sailing towards Jaya island. On the deck of one of the warship,

"Reporting to Admiral, we will soon be reaching Jaya island."

"Well, speed up...we will finish this job and leave early. Heyy....its really troublesome, these pirates"

Vice Amiral Dalmatian: "But I didn't think that the World Government will send an admiral to take down the God Hunter Pirates."

Rear Admiral Gion: "It seems like they decided to clean up Ian-kun before causing more trouble in the future, hmm...I will see that bastard soon"

Admiral Kizaru: " Well, its order from the above..and that Ian kid, he caused too much trouble...its a pain"

Sentomarou: "Uncle, I also want to see his strength..hehe"

Gion: "You shouldn't underestimate him, as far as I know, he is very strong "

Soon, the Jaya island came into the view.

The World Government have been observing Ian's pirate group silently till the death of one of the Sichibukai. Now, they have decided to take them down to prevent future chaos.

In the current timeline, the most powerful forcesin the sea are not the New World's Yonko(Emperors) Pirates, not the Shichibukai (seven warlords of the sea) but World Government and Marines.

This is the period where Marines are the strongest.

The strongest older generations are still at their peak and there are also the three Admirals, Aokiji, Akainu and Kizaru.

And if one of the Yonko's forces were to engage the marines head-on, more efforts will be needed.

On the other side, Ian and the boys were enjoying in the bar when Ian saw numerous blue dots appearing around the island.

"Hey! so many marines. Hehe, it seems like they want to take me down immediately. But its not that easy."

Then, the peoples in the town started becoming chaotic, shouting and running everywhere.

"Ahh..hurry up! Run! The marines are here.."

"Shit! Its Admiral Kizaru...Five warships! Are they going to destroy this island? Damn..lets leave fast."

The peoples including pirates started rushing out away from the town far away to the forest. Soon the town became quiet.

Laffitte: "Huh,huh..it seems like we are surrounded, captain!"

Augur: "Heh..this is getting interesting."

Sabo: "Hehe...I'm getting excited"

Law & Bepo: "Seems like there will be a big battle"

Even though there was some worry, but it was soon overtaken by the excitement about the upcoming battle.

"Well, guys let go out and meet our guest."

Soon, Ian's group walked out of the bar in the street , met with the girls and looked at the current situation.

Ian's crew were blocked on both side by hundreds of marines. And in the front, there was the Navy Admiral Kizaru, Vice Admiral Dalmantian, Rear Admiral Gion, Officer Sentomarou, and three marine Captains.

On the other side, there was 'Ian the devil', 'Devil Queen' Albedo, 'Demon Fist' Sabo, 'Devil Child' Nico Robin, 'Demon Eye' Van Augur, 'Demon Sheriff' Laffitte, 'Demon Surgeon' Law, 'Demon Pet' Bepo and two new members of God Hunter Pirate.

The atmosphere around the superpowers were so tensed that the surrounding air started fluctuating. The weak navies were already shaking ready to faint at any time. There was not a single sound, complete silence..only the sound of the wind and sea could be heard clearly.

*whoshhh*

Ian: "Well, I didn't expect to see famous faces so soon, are the marines are serious about me..hehe"

Then, strong dark aura visible to naked eyes started releasing from Ian, making the surrounding tension even more dense. About nearly half of the navies have already started fainting and the remaining navies were full of sweats. The other crew members have also started getting serious, ready to start the battle at anytime.

Kizaru: "Hey..Its scary, I didn't think your strength to be this strong, it seems like we underestimate you...*sparkle*"

Suddenly, Kizaru body turned into light ray and appeared in front of Ian, then shot a sparkling kick on Albedo standing beside Ian who flew away several metres and bombarded. Then, he used his other leg to shoot a ray kick on Ian but Ian turned in lightening and punched on Kizaru who instantly changed into light ray. Soon, they went out of the town and started fighting bombarding the whole forest. Some people hiding in the forests were unlucky and directly killed in the shockwave.

The moment was so fast that the remaining peoples finally realised the situation after some time. Soon both party started engaging in their own battles.

Sabo took on with Dalmantian, Van Augur with Gion, Bepo and Law with a captain, Laffitte with Sentomarou, Nico Robin and the others started their own battles with the remaining captains and other navies.

Albedo came out of the broken house, deadly aura started emitting from her armour. Remembering how she was kicked, she started shaking with anger...

"Damn..that bastard maggot..I'm going to kill him."

Then, she jumped high towards the forest.

Inside the forest two light rays are rays one blue and the other yellow were sprinting with each other sometimes bombarding. When looked closely, one will see two figures fighting continuosly.

Finally, the two light seperated and two figure facing each other appeared.

Kizaru: " Its troublesome, the thunder ability."

Ian: "Hehe..its not so powerful than your Sparkle ability."

*Ama no Murakumo Sword*

A sword made of light appeared in Kizaru's hand then he flashed towards Ian and collided with Ian's 'God-Eater' Sword blowing the surrounding trees away with the shockwave.

At that time, a violet sword energy flew towards them and both were seperated again. Albedo fell from the sky and attack Kizaru with her axe.

"Die you bastard.."

"Well...thats scary Miss...Now fighting with two its really a trouble."

"super electromagnetic gun"

A fast electric ray shot towards Kizaru and bombarded him. Kizaru didn't think that Ian would use such fast attack which injured him off- guard.

But he soon recovered..

"Its really a big problem.....2 vs 1, its scary you know.."

*Yasaki Sacred Jewel*

Several glittering light bullet rained towards Ian and Albedo blasted the whole area. The strength of an Admiral and Vice Admiral was completely different. Kizaru is one of the powerhouse of marines due to his fast and high destruction ability. His strength was at another level.

"Hehe..as expected from an Admiral, the strength is formidable. You are the strongest I have ever faced until now..but its not so easy to defeat me"

*thunder party*

With various attacks, Ian's momentum started increasing and along with Albedo, the battle with Kizaru began again.

*bom* *boom*

The battle continued for about 3 hours..and finally Kizaru was starting to be forced down by Ian and Albedo. Soon, the battle was coming to an end..

"huh...huh...huh..."

Both parties were seperated, Kizaru's dress were already burned at various parts. Ian's still the same, Albedo's armour is undamaged but she had already consumed most of her energy...Kizaru was panting heavily...

"Hehe...you are strong, Admiral Kizaru, able to stand for 5 hours of fighting us both..but its over now."

*Tsukuyomi*

Ian's eye turned dark red with 3-hooks rotating, and used illusion skill 'tsukiyomi' . Soon Kizaru was trapped in an illusion and was tortured for days which was only a few second in real time.

"What!...what was that *splurt*..is it illusion? How could illusion hurt so much.."

Kizaru fell on his knees, his face paled and breathing heavily, he looks like he was fighting for days. Now, he realised the strength of Ian and for the first time fear appeared in his heart.

'He is dangerous' Thats what his mind thought at the moment.

Then, he suddenly turned into light used his ability to rain some light bullets towards Ian to slow him down. He soon left the forest to pick up the team and leave right away.

Ian: "Hey...so he escaped. The eye technique has consumed lots of energy I should rarely use it. I need to rest a bit."

Albedo: "Aren't we going to chase him, Ian-sama?"

"No need, if a major powerhouse is killed now. It won't be fun in the future."

Then, Ian rest for a while and returned to the town.

...

Some time before,

The other crew members were also fighting with the marines for hours.

Sabo also started to gain advantage as time passed by in terms of Haki, speed and ability . After 3 hours of fighting,soon, Vice Admiral Dalmantian was facing crisis and at the last moment he lost an arm, organs distorted and fell into coma.

Rear Admiral Gion was also finally supressed by Augur with greater strength and shooting ability.

She was already at disadvantage as the enemy was a long range attacker. But still she held herself up for hours and was finally defeated. Augur didn't cause much damage as he knew their captain has some affection for Gion.

Bepo and Law have finished bullying two captains.

The strength of Bepo and Law had already reached the stage if 'Commodore rank' strength because of constant training. Both the captains were finally beaten to death by them.

Laffitte also finally defeated Sentomarou along with Robin. And the other crews also started finishing their own battles and started cleaning the remaining marines.

The amount of marines were quite large, so it took them some time to clean them. They also suffered some minor injuries except Koala and Reiju who suffered some bullet wounds.

Sabo: "Phew..I'm hungry. I think captain should be also be finishing his battle."

Augur: "Hmph..this marines think that they could defeat us easily. What a joke!"

Laffitte: "Well, I think from this event, things will become intersting..huh,huh"

Then, a bright light suddenly appeared and Admiral Kizaru appeared on a rooftop. He looked already messed up. Looking at the surrounding, Kizaru was shocked..

"Well...its quite messy here...Its scary, these God Hunter Pirates. Lets end this battle for now."

Then, he quickly turned into bright ray and appeared beside the fallen marine officials. He then took Gion, Dalmantian and Sentomarou at a time, although they are big but its easy matter for him and disappeared from the place.

The remaining alive navies also took some injured ones and left hurrily.

Then, Ian appeared beside his crew with Albedo and looked around.

"Well, guys you have done good job by able to hold them off, your strength has increased."

"Thanks captain...hehe"

Then, Albedo started healing the crew members. Her healing ability is quite scary, it can even healed deadly scars in an instant.

Ian suddenly appeared near the port and seeing the 4 warships (the other 1 warship has already left with Kizaru before) of the marines retreating, a sneer appeared on his face.

"Hehe...suddenly attacked us and now leaving quickly? How could I give my face in the future if I don't cause you some trouble..

JaberWocky, go and destroy some of the warship and don't go too far."

Under the sea, A huge shadow followed the leaving warships soon reached them and a huge Sea King Hydra with God Hunter emblem carved on its huge chest emerges from the sea and started destroying the warships.

"what! Its a Sea king..how did it appear now.."

"look that emblem!!..dammn its them..ahh"

*boom**boom*

*roar*

Soon, only one warship of the four escaped from the huge Sea King Hydra....God Hunter Pirate's JaberWocky...

After a while, Ian pirate group left the island which was already halfed destroyed leaving the survived residents in horror watching the surrounding scene.

Soon, the next day, although the World Government tried its best to cover the news, many newspaper published the shocking battle that occured in the Jaya Island between the Marines and the God Hunter Pirate in Grand Line. And complete defeat of the marine along with one Admiral level strength caused an uproar in the whole world.
