Chapter 1WHAAAATTTT!?

"Ooh DAMMMNNN!" A handsome and muscular teenager with a torn green tee shirt and a gentlemanly demeanor fell to his knees while holding a newspaper and a small hand mirror he borrowed from an old lady nearby. The sleeves of the shirt were torn off, making the tee shirt into a tank top-like rugged style.

He had black hair that was styled with a taper cut to his head and neck, causing his hair to stick up wildly on his head. His eyes were Joestar blue, with a classic straight-back posture ever-present in his demeanor. He had slender, well-defined muscles, and had a pair of neon green futuristic headphones draped around his neck. He stared dumbly at his younger face with horror and his lip quivered while he touched his face. He looked to be about 16 years old.

"MY GOTEE!! I have a baby face! NOOO," He yelled loudly in the streets. People glanced at the man strangely, before continuing to walk by him at a distance.

This man was Jonah Joestar. He looked over the date on the newspaper, narrowing his eyes while calculating. He had woken up just 20 minutes ago and he had already worked out some idea of what was going on. The Joestar family had always been known for their intelligence and wit, and Jones Joestar was no different. He inherited the Joestar genes and their classic upbringing, which included learning all the stylish poses of the Joestar family.

The last thing he remembered was that he had been struggling to stop the villain Delos from grabbing the Requiem Artifact and allowing his Stand to evolve to dominate the world. He managed to grab his attention at the final moment so that his friends could ambush him. But in the process, he became the target of his Requiem Stand Writer's Block. It was supposed to drop his story from the history of the world, but he somehow ended up here.

Jones stood up from the ground and dusted off the dirt on his pants. He took a deep breath in and looked out across this new and strange town. It was bustling and modern, the date here was 1996 and it seemed good here. The sun was beautiful and the morning was bright.

Jonah grinned widely and spread his arms out wide as if to embrace the new day warmly.

"Good Morning, Sunshine~," He said while looking calmly over everything.

He took it all in with relish. Jonah Joestar had always been a bit strange. He usually went looking for trouble on purpose! In the depths of his heart, he is living his dream every day without any regrets. A life of adventure. And here, was a brand new adventure waiting for him. An unknown place, a beautiful sun on a peaceful morning, and his strange circumstances.

"Ah, sunlight is good for the bones." He said as he posed in a Y-shaped stretch. He circulated Hammon through his body easily and relaxed.

"Um, Mr. Joestar. Can I have my mirror back?" The old lady that he had borrowed the hand mirror was still waiting around for him.

"Of course, ma'am," Jonah said with a smile. He handed back the hand mirror to her gently.

"Be careful getting home, miss," Jonah said with a large grin.

The old lady left and he was once again left alone in the streets. He acted nonchalant and started swaggering down the sidewalk while whistling a tune. His eyes darted over everyone and everything he could see. He wore a smile of confidence, even boldly staring at some dangerous-looking gang members and people. Luckily, those people seemed busy with something and did not notice his intense gaze, which would have guaranteed to provoke someone at some point.

Jonah managed to find a small dinner to get breakfast. He hurried inside the door and took a seat at the counter opposite the busy staff. A middle-aged woman approached him with a light blue apron on.

"Have anything on hun?" She asked.

"I'll have a double biscuit patty with extra nuggets, whip them up and let me eat on Everest's peak," Jonah asked while smiling kindly to the woman.

She looked at him blankly and shook her head.

"I have no idea what that is," She said with an awkward smile.

"Ahah, Just a coffee and some waffles then, ma'am," Jonah laughed and replied.

He watched the woman head back into the kitchen with his order. He stood up from his seat and walked with his classic slightly backward lean with his hands in his pockets. He looked nonchalant while glancing at the other customers and staff in the room. Suddenly, his eyes lit up as he noticed a customer who stood out from the rest. It was a man with high boots and a ten-gallon hat, the guy dressed like an old fashion cowboy. He was eating a plate of scrambled eggs while going over a newspaper that was one day old.

Jonah felt a large smile creep on his face. His instincts were telling him that this man had a story, and perhaps a doorway to a new adventure. He swaggered over to the man's booth and slid into the seat opposite of him.

"Good morning, I believe this seat isn't taken. So I'll take it." Jonah said casually while showing a boring look.

The cowboy-look-alike, glanced up from his reading without much of a reaction, before continuing as if nothing happened, ignoring Jonah. Jonah shrugged his shoulders without caring about being ignored. He continued to poke and prod the man with an introduction, to get him to respond.

"Hello, what's your name, sir?"

"Are the eggs good?"

"Great weather this morning, right?"

"The newspapers have already come out this morning for today's paper. I can get one if you like?"

"Would you like to play a game?"

Finally, the cowboy man's lips twitched in annoyance, and he lashed out in annoyance at the teenager who kept pestering him with a one-way conversation.

"KID! Can't you take a hint? What do you want?" The man said as he frowned irritably.

Jonah raised his eyebrows and touched his face. He had already forgotten that he was like a kid now. But he quickly got over that and stuck out his hand for a handshake.

"Nice you meet you, sir, My name is Jonah Joestar. " Jonah introduced.

"Mick, just Mick. Now, what do you want?" Mick answered with annoyance.

A waiter delivered Jonah's breakfast order and coffee in front of him and left just as quickly. Jonah took a sip of the hot coffee and smirked contently.

"Gentleman Mick, could you introduce to me this town? This is my first time here." Jonah said.

"Kid, do I look like a local? Go ask the waitresses at the bar." Mick answered with raised eyebrows.

Jonah shook his head and sighed.

"You don't get it. They aren't the same kind of people as you and I. I saw you and I just knew, you'd be able to introduce to me what I need to know." Jonah said while looking Mick in the eye.

"Oh? We are the same kind of people?" Mick looked up and down at Jonah curiously looking for something, but then he let out a sigh of disappointment.

"Forget it, kid, you and I are not even in the same league,"

Mick picked up his eating pace, moving one set of scrambled eggs after another into his mouth. He then stood up from his booth and adjusted his hat, getting ready to leave.

"Wait, sir." Jonah stepped out of his booth calmly and blocked Mick's way arrogantly.

"Get out of the way, kid. I have an appointment." Mick rubbed the corner of his eye tiredly.

"I, Jonah Joestar, never move out of the way," Jonah stated as if it was a fact.

"Sir Mick, we are the same kind of people. I am 100% certain of my instinct. I need a guide in the place. Please let me follow you for a short while."

Mick looked over Jonah again and scoffed, walking past Jonah without care. He was incredibly fast and blinked past Jonah without an issue.

"WHAT?! Is this the power of an unknown Stand?" Jonah narrowed his eyes.

Mick glanced back at the stunned and wary Jonah and smiled genuinely for the first time at seeing Jonah's serious and troubled expression. He shook his head.

"I don't know what you are talking about kid. But you and I are not in the same league. " Mick turned to leave, but then stopped again as he had his foot halfway out the door. He seemed to have a whim and glanced back at him casually.

"If you want to say we are the same kind of people, you need to pass the hunter exam. If you want a 'guide', I suggest you hire me through hunter channels. " Mick explained.

"But I ain't cheap. So get lost, kid." Mick straightened his hat and left.

Jonah sat back in the booth and finished his breakfast in a trance. There was a brightening smile on his face. He had a direction now. It was time to learn about this hunter profession to meet others of the same kind.
