The Mei situation had come to a temporary conclusion. Maki, without haste, proceeded to hatch the insect eggs given by her grandfathers. Instead of the first type, she chose to hatch the second type of insect egg she had acquired at the station.

Each one was only the size of a soybean, and a large handful filled the earthen pot. As they hatched, the eggs visibly expanded, and after a few minutes, a flying insect broke out of its shell.

This insect, about the size of a knuckle, was larger than hundreds of parasitic insects. Unlike parasitic insects in the order Coleoptera, this insect belonged to the order Lepidoptera. It resembled a butterfly, covered in white scales, with two pairs of petite, scaly wings, a small head, big eyes, and an overall cute and fluffy appearance. Its all-white color gave it the semblance of a little rabbit, and its feathery antennae looked like rabbit ears and twin ponytails. In summary, they were very cute bugs.

"Isn't this a silkworm moth?" Maki muttered as she observed the little creature. While on Earth, larvae spun silk, this insect, as an adult after birth, seemed to lack any discernible fighting ability. Watching it flap its wings without the ability to fly, Maki frowned, questioning the purpose of this seemingly futile creature.

"It looks like a failure," Old man Hiyou remarked.

"Failure?" Maki inquired. In nature, there must be something extraordinary about cute animals, much like the symbiotic relationship between sharks and dolphins. Regardless of how vicious sharks were, they rarely harmed dolphins.

"In the past, the clan tried to cultivate other types of insects, but they were not as successful as parasitic insects. Therefore, the clann abandoned these failed efforts," Old Man Hiyou explained.

Despite the advanced age of Inset Girl, a powerful being, this cute little bug displayed robust vitality. While pondering the creature's potential, Mei, the insect girl, playfully took Maki's finger into her mouth. Maki, taken aback, looked at Mei, who innocently gazed back. The little creature had disappeared into Mei's mouth.

"Open your mouth!" Maki exclaimed, addressing Mei. This child's energy and curiosity were overwhelming. Mei opened her mouth, looking at Maki with expectant eyes. There was no consciousness of making a mistake at all. Observing this, Maki licked her lips; it seemed to be delicious.

"Is it tasty?" Maki asked, to which Mei nodded wildly.

"Try it when you go home, and try it cold," Maki advised thoughtfully. Then, he reached out and gently struck Mei on the head with a knife. The insect girl tilted her head. Trusting the instincts of beasts, Maki ensured that Mei, acting on instinct, did not prey on anything indigestible.

"Mushihime, I have given you the things. Remember to come to us for practice after school tomorrow," Old man Hiyou reminded. After speaking to Maki, he simply left.

"By the way, you can choose any ninjutsu scroll, but I won't accompany you," Hiyou added.

"Yes," Maki replied. She then flipped through the family's ninjutsu scroll, discovering some very common escape techniques. There was no forbidden technique among them. Notably, the Aburame clan, relying on insect clones, did not need shadow clones.

While having fun with the third generation before, Maki used the blind transformation technique instead of the insect clone. The secret message left by the insect clone's detailed three powerful moves: the insect jade for defense, the insect jade for attack, and the insect tornado technique. Maki could use them without special learning.

Prioritizing strategic versatility, Maki chose a C-level earth release for defense, an earth submersible for escape, and a B-grade Wind Escape Vacuum Jade for attack. This decision aligned with her chakra attributes of wind and earth, providing one attack, one defense, and one escape.

Despite having the theoretical attribute of Yang escape as a clan co-evolved with parasites, Maki noted the absence of Yang Release ninjutsu in the clan. Physical skills were also nonexistent within the clan. This journey brought Maki valuable insights and skills, enhancing her understanding of her abilities and the diverse applications of insect-related techniques.
