Grindelwald

"Would you like a cup of coffee or tea?" Grindelwald didn't get into serious matters right away and asked her, as if she weren't just a subordinate, but a genuine guest.

"Coffee." Emma responded, and Grindelwald waved his hand at the table next to him, causing a white porcelain tea pot to float in the air and begin pouring hot coffee into a silver cup. When the cup was full, it floated in front of Emma, who took it in her hand and began drinking.

"How is your stay in Hellfire going?" Grindelwald inquired, "It appears that you have grown a lot there, White Queen."

"I'm just carrying out the mission you've assigned to me." Emma's words were humble.

"No, Emma, you see, that's the issue." Grindelwald tapped his fingers on the table before continuing with a tone change. "You've been doing a lot lately in name of mission. Making plans for your future in the muggle world, developing your own mutant forces and expanding your connections." As he revealed all of Emma's secrets, his voice grew threatening.

When she heard his tone, Emma's brows trembled and she felt a pang of fear. He saw through all of her secrets, no matter how hard she tried to keep them hidden.

She was one of the most powerful telepaths, and even the most powerful wizards couldn't stand up to her telepathy.

Grindelwald, on the other hand, was in a completely different league on his own; she didn't dare to try to enter his mind, because she had been through hell before, the last time, she tried.

"It doesn't matter if you betray me; I won't also be lenient to those who do." He stood up and appeared in front of Emma, causing her to flinch and move back in her seat.

Grindelwald, on the other hand, grabbed her by the chin and forced her to look into his eyes.

"However, you are betraying yourself even more, Emma."

''You're losing faith in our cause, the one where our kind can walk freely in the sun instead of hiding like mice in the gutters?" Grindelwald tone rose and the entire castle began to shake with just his voice.

"You see, in my opinion, there isn't much of a difference between your kind and mine. They are all gifted and rare souls, but I see a bleak future for our kinds."

"Say something to me, Emma. Are you becoming afraid of them, or have you lost your courage in confronting them? Even after you saw the screaming children in the laboratory and our kind's agonizing cries for help."

"The muggles boast to the world that they are perfect and morally high, yet all I see most filthy souls that even the devil in hell doesn't want to touch."

"You know exactly what's going to happen in the future, Emma."

"I've shown you the end of your race. Yet here you are, hesitant to take a stand and dooming everything associated with your kind."

"Say something, Emma."

"Do you want to watch your brother vaporize in your arms?" Grindelwald's words echoed in the room, his tone was low while saying those last words, and soon, his eyes narrowed when he saw Emma's expression.

Emma remained silent and expressionless when she heard Grindelwald's words, and she had experienced and gone through a lot, to understand she couldn't let herself be emotionally manipulated by Grindelwald.

Her clenched hands, on the other hand, revealed her true state of mind.

She calmed her raging emotions and looked him in the eyes.

"I am terrified of the future." She admitted.

"As you have already showed, the muggles or ordinary people whom you despise, calling them lower, may gain power far beyond that of us or the wizards. Some might be able to destroy the entire wizarding world if they so desired."

"What are your thoughts on that, Grindelwald?" She spoke confidently, and her words were harsh.

"What if we won the war in your world?"

"What happens next? Start another with muggle world; I'm pretty sure the only result will be mutual self-destruction. In our battles, the world will be reduced to ashes and destruction."

"I don't want to live in a world like that."

"However, this does not imply that I have lost faith in our cause."

"I have not betrayed."

"Even though I knew what was most likely going to happen, I was willing to go forward because of my dream!" Emma said those words without a shred of respect, and she even addressed him without any honorifics, because she'd had enough. She literally yelled this, releasing all of her suppressed emotions.

"You appear to be more confident than before." Grindelwald did not become enraged and even began laughing joyfully, much to Emma's surprise. He let go of her chin, which he had been holding with his hand, and sat in his own seat.

Before Emma could ask any further questions, He waved his hand and a page with a picture of a boy floated in front of her.

The young man in the picture was none other than Jack Frost.

"Find out everything you can about him and bring it to me; I'm sure you'll be surprised." Grindelwald instructed, and his tone became flat; he spoke to Emma as if nothing had happened before.

"You did an excellent job with the Hellfire Club. This gives us a lot of power over Britain, which we didn't have before." He praised her.

Emma could feel the Grindelwald in front of him, who was becoming more of an enigma that she couldn't read at all. She could still guess that the previous argument was probably a test for her. She, too, did not pursue further after noticing this and began thinking to divert the topic.

"Should we start with Britain?" Emma immediately brought about this topic, which was on top of her head

"No, wait until the election is finished." Grindelwald immediately disagreed.

"Who is the young man?" Finally, Emma inquired, somewhat perplexed, if there was anything or anyone who could catch the eye of Grindelwald's attention should be extraordinary.

"A former friend's student." Grindelwald received information from a vision at the same time that Jack Frost chose his wand related to the elder wand.

However, he didn't reveal anything about this.

And, Emma is only one influence in Britain under him, so she can only complete this task.

"I'll investigate." Emma nodded in agreement, oblivious to the fact that this was about to change her entire life in the future.

As the rising sun shone through the window of the room, illuminating the surroundings, they continued their conversation about other details related to mutants and the British situation.
