The Tower of... (2)

As Shaun and Dan walked into the sealed area they had to go through a series of verification procedures.

Once they were done they were led into the area by a robot helper.

In the area they were greeted with a beast of a structure

The structure was in the structure of an octagon. The building had an onyx black to violet gradient with onyx being at the top of the building.

Whilst everyone was admiring the building the robot started speaking,

"This building has 29 floors. The first floor has a front section and a back section with an elevator that goes through the building. In the front section there is a reception desk with a state of the art hologram computer. There is furniture that can be laid out to your discretion.

In the back area there are consultation rooms to discuss things. Furniture to fill these up with will be left to your discretion.

The rest of the building is layed out to Master Shaun and Dan asked it to be and they will continue with the tour."

The robot bowed courteously and left.

Shaun and Dan quickly gained their composure signalled to the others to gain theirs too.

As they were viewing the building from afar they decided to get a closer look.

They followed the path that was made for them towards the main building. The building had black tinted windows not allowing anything to be seen from the outside, but once they got inside they realised it was filled with natural light!

They realised the windows were only tinted from one side, causing the other side to be able to take natural light from the outside.

In the room there were three reception desks, each made out of black wood. On the desk there were hologram computer terminals and draws etc.

The current default plan and furniture they laid out was fine for Shaun and Dan for the moment.

They checked the backrooms and it was perfect for the current theme.

They guided the group to the elevator which was at the middle of the building. Shaun and Dan had to register themselves as the Owners of the building and highest authority when concerning the elevator.

Though Tanaka and some people that took a liking to him tried to register themselves as the highest at the critical moment they royally screwed up and everything turned out ok.

Once they registered themselves they activated the elevator by Dan pressing his thumb on the keypad and saying,

"Floor 2."

The circular elevators walls receded into the ground and you could see the other side of the elevator.

They went in 2 batches as there were two many people there for all of them to go in together.

Dan went in with half of the group first, and then Shaun with the other.

When Shaun saw Dan go in, his expression was pretty normal but once he got to the top and saw Dan standing as still as a statue he was perplexed.

But then he saw it, the second floors entrance outside the elevator were glass panels. You could see through the glass panels a myriad of testing devices for things such as speed, grip strength and physical prowess.

This left Shaun shocked as well. Even though they asked for such things they did not realise how state of the art it was!

"EH, MY BROTHERS! I WANT TO TEST THIS OUT NOW!" Tanaka screamed, though those screams of joy soon turned into sorrow.

"WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT SHOUTING, YOU MEN NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SHUT YOUR MOUTHS BECAUSE…" Tuli was livid.

She started screaming a slew of curses at Tanaka, and her voice turned out to be even louder than his!

Shaun, seeing the situation, decided to mediate between the two parties, "Ok, can we calm down please! We are going to use this later once we sought some things out."

Tuli gradually stopped screaming but never stopped cursing. She was like a broken record player on repeat!

"Ok, now let's go up to floor three," Shaun said, trying to distract the group.

The group got into the elevator again two groups and once they were all in they were greeted with a black room.

A big purple screen that spanned the whole room appeared out of thin air in front of everyone.

Everyone in the room jumped due to its appearance except Shaun and Dan. Though Dan and Shaun were feeling a different type of excitement.

This was an advanced AI!

Just below the level of Cloud but years beyond the current buyable AI's.

Shaun in his last timeline, even though he was an extremely powerful guild master and a wealthy man in real life could not get his hands on an AI.

They were guarded like diamonds by the government and any information on buying one could only possibly be found on the black market.

Though Shaun would not stoop so low.t

Although those AI's could not truly be called AI's due to there fixed mindset to only follow orders and their lack of personality

Dan knew about the rarity of AI's too and once they saw an AI being allowed in their guild building they were ecstatic.

And the most important point to make was the advanced AI's unique capabilities.

Shaun took the lead, " Name, set, CHAOS. Authority level, highest, Shaun Tyler and Dan Smith."

Tanaka, though a 'comedian' knew that he shouldn't disrupt the process and kept silent.

Shaun suddenly blacked out, everything in the room was still.

To others Shaun was just transferring information from his Touchless to the AI, but from Shaun's point of view, he suddenly felt weightless.

He couldn't see anything but he felt as if he was flying.

In this Endless darkness he saw a spec of light it wasn't round but an oval. This light grew and grew like the sun in sunrise then...

The weightlessness stopped abruptly and he gained his vision.

He was standing upon a cloud looking down at the earth. He was immersed in this feeling, this was an experience that a casual player like him lived for. This sort of immersed and relaxed feeling.

"Master, I guess my calculations were correct, hm?" a deep aged voice started beside him.
