Chapter 1: Forgotten Memories

The Void. Nothing is here, not light, not space and not time. There's nothing but void and atoms.

'Who am I?' The soul asked itself.

The soul namd is Isidore, a 24 year old guy. He worked in the most popular gaming industry and was responsible for fixing bugs and testing the game for any glitches.

'No No No NO! I have to wake up! My mother needs me!' The soul shouted to himself.

He tried his best to wake up from this 'dream' but unfortunately, all of his effort were futile, he doesn't seem to be waking up any time soon..

A pink window screen style in kawaii decor appeared before him.

'What's this?' The soul asked in confusion.

He couldn't quite grasp the meaning of why a pink window screen had materialise in front of him.

It felt like he knows what this window screen is.. but he doesn't remember it clearly...why can't he remember? Was a question he asked himself but unfortunately no one was there to answer him.

The pink window screen appeared again, overlapping against each other making him unable to read the previous panel.

His soul gradually faded as the system countdown ended, Commencing the transferred of him, to a 'suitable body'.

Suddenly a eerie red hand took hold of Isidore's soul, it began to merge with Isidore, wrapping around his soul. It emitted a anomalous aura, as it seamlessly enveloping Isidore's soul like some kind of gift box.

The system warned but it was futile, the eerie red aura had throughly enveloped Isidore's soul and was not willing to be saperated.

Immediately a pink barrier materialise around Isidore's soul, pushing the eerie red aura away from merging with Isidore's. But it didn't stop the red aura from following Isidore with his transmigration process.

And so the cycle of the system A.I protecting Isidore Souls and the eerie red aura's attempts of merging with him continues. It continues even when Isidore had successfully transmigrated inside the suitable body.

Inside the laboratory and deep underground, many scientists were typing on the computer and writing documents.

In front of them stood a massive chamber filled with pure blue water, it reminded them of a hot spring. At the middle of the massive chamber stood...No...floated a naked child covered in fatal injuries from head to toes.

She had a massive hole in her stomach as if a grenade had exploded inside of her body, her arms and legs were dislocated with bone sticking out, and the pure blue water were mixed with her blood.

It was a brutal and cruel sight to behold. But what made this girl special was the white and beautiful wings behind her back although it looks a little injured on the surface, other then that it looks perfectly fine.

She had long yellow hair that reach to her hips an—

The girl seem to had made some action. Her limps twitched and her eyes slowly opening, revealing her crimson red eyes.

Many of the scientists including the quiet one were all shock and stunned at the girl waking up from its fatal injuries. It was a miracle for this girl to be alive despite having a large hole in her stomach along with her limps being dislocated.

But now it was not the time for them to dwell on it–they had to check the girls condition and keep her alive or else they be fired from their job.

But unbeknownst to anyone, the injured girl who woken up wasn't the girl they know, it was our beloved main character of this novel.

'It hurt...My body hurt...' Isidore thought.

He felt a lot of pain going through his body, it felt like his chest had been burned and stabbed by countless knife. His arms and legs were even worse as he felt that moving them a bit was painful..literally too painful to even try to move them at all.

"Agh" he grunted and what come out was a slightly high pitch female tone–before his throat started to strain as if he had been stabbed in the neck countless time.

'It hurt...it hurt.' Isidore exclaim in his thought.

It was agonising for him, as a ordinary person to go through this, and what felt like a eternity of pain, a pink panel materialise in his vision.

The pink window screen materialise in front of her as it spoked in a cute and robotic tone. The pain he felt is reduced by a large amount making him sigh in relief, he could still feel the pain going through his body but it's manageable for now.

Multiple footstep echo in his ears, he focused his sight slightly to see two unfamiliar figure standing in front of her. They were blurry in his vision but Isidore could tell some key feature.

The one in the middle had long white hair and beautiful blue glowing eyes, she seems to be wearing a white cloak or jacket, maybe it's a robe? He doesn't know, it's too blurry for him to tell.

The other one beside the white haired girl had short black hair and dim blue eyes, his body is taller and more muscular then the white haired girls so Isidore assume that it was a guy and the white haired girl was a girl.

The two of them seem to be talking about something but she couldn't understand it, they were speaking in a entirely different language.. The way they speak were a bit familiar to him but he couldn't quite remember it.

Combined with the fact that his hearing were also bad didn't help him understand the language any better,

'This must be a dream.. right?...' Isidore thought before grunting in pain.

He felt his body being stabbed by needle and the heat in his body raising up as if he was burning from the inside out but the warm water around him had seemingly relief some of the pain with its warm temperature.

'No...this isn't a dream.. The pain is too real and this water.. Feels warms as well.. This is definitely not a Dream' Isidore analysed in his mind.

He could think a lot better now that the pain is less intense then before, although he doesn't know why the pain decreased but he doesn't mind it, it's probably because of the warm water around him right?

Unbeknownst to him someone had intervene and helped him gained a Pain Resistance skill thought he will never know it. Before he could think and question his situation any further. A pink window screen appeared before him.

'Yes yes.. it is white girl' Isidore mentally spoke staring blankly at her with a understanding gazes.

Incase you didn't know, Isidore was pretending to understand her words, it was probably to ignore the constant pain going through his body.

The two of them look at each other silently....before long the black haired guy stepped forwards and give something to the white haired girl.

"#### ##### #### #####!!" The white haired girl shouted some words to the black haired guy.

"#####! #####! ##### ##### ## ##!" The black haired guy spoke in apologising manner?

"###### #####!" The white haired girl seemed to accept before shooing the black haired guy away.

'Yeah that's right! Shoo that black haired guy away!' Isidore cheered in his mind.

The white haired girl seem to nod in agreement as if it had read Isidore mind or Intention, it doesn't matter as the white haired girl then showed a colourful book with strange letters on it.

'Yes yes'

The white girl then open the book and began saying something and showing it to him.

" Ah " The white haired girl spoke a single words and pointed at the big letter on the book and become silent as if waiting for him to repeat what she had said.

'I don't think I understand..' then a sudden jolt of pain spread throughout his body, it lessened gradually to a more manageable pain.

'Owww. I swear this sudden jolt of pain is starting to annoy me' Isidore complained, he had gotten used to the constant (Manageable) pain his body felt but the sudden jolt of pain got him off caught everytime, making him grunt or flinch at it, resulting in even more pain since speaking or moving even a inch is painful for his current state.

" A " The white haired girl repeated.

"..." Isidore stayed silent while staring blankly at the White haired girl.

*Slap*

The white haired girl slapped her forehead as if she had realised something.

"##### #### #### ##### #####!" She shouted in anger? before turning around and walking towards a door.

"#### ##### ####" the white haired girl shouted to the scientists, her mere words had made them shivered as if the white haired girl had threatened them.

*BANG!*

She slammed the door shut leaving all the seemingly terrified scientists to do their work...or atleast that was what he is seeing with his blurry vision.

'Ouch my ears, white girl could you have close the door softly? ' he mentally complained, staring at the closed door where she had left.
