Chapter 1Game Start, Save File 101.

'Reign of the Reborn: Hearts of Shadows. Your standard RPG game.

You go on a quest to save the girl from the world's local demon lord. Nothing too complicated. The girl, Otherwise known in this world as Princess Harmony Galacti.

The humble, loving, beautiful princess of the human celestial empire. Loved and cherished by all of those around her.

Oh, me? I'm a simple player of the game. Nothing more nothing less. I've played the game a total of a hundred times now. I know every hack, special item, and glitch.

I watched on the screen as the pixel that was me jumped for joy as the princess kisses his cheek. What I wouldn't give to be that pile of pixels right about now.

[1 New Message]

A new message? but I already finished the game. I ran my cursor along the screen and clicked the pop-up.

A drawing of the game's princess popped on the screen. She had dark skin and beautiful purple locs. She wore a purple gown with white heels and had big brown eyes.

Like an angel on earth. or in this context, I suppose I'm game.

[100th save file reward! Collect now for a surprise ending!]

A surprise ending for the 100th save file? I've never heard of that. I suppose that's because it's a surprise though. I clicked the pop-up of the princess.

It's... loading? why do I suddenly feel so drowsy? I pushed my keyboard back and laid my head down on the desk. just until the website loads... is what I told myself. But I was out cold.

♥♥♥

"My Queen!"

"My Queen!" A high-pitched voice called out in my sleep.

Who is that? did the website turn on? I opened my eyes waiting for my vision to clear. where am I? I scanned the room with my eyes. It was like a giant ballroom adorned with pillars and gold.

Next time my head was... "A flying baby?' I tilted my head and stared intently for a moment.

"What? My Queen, what is wrong with you? I'm not a baby!"

My eyes widened in realization. "Aria?" I tilt my head back and forth for a moment. That's Aria the Demon Queens seneschal. But Aria is fake, The Demon Queen is fake. how did I get here?

The floating girl had a long pink Odango hairstyle and a dress similar to the lolita outfits you find online. was this real?

"Jesus Lady Eveline you've been acting strange all day. Are you Ill? Should I call the doctor?" Aria crossed her arms as she floated next to me.

"N-no." I shook my head. what in the world is going on? "I just... need some rest." I stood up and stared at Aria one last time. "I- am going to take a nap!"

I ran off the platform and didn't look back as Aria called after me. I dashed through the halls running through all the finely decorated corridors until I burst into a pair of big red doors.

The room was dark with a large circle bed in the center. This bedroom? It was grand... Aria had called me the queen. I've read way too many comics to not think what I'm thinking. I walked over to the mirror with my hands trembling.

My face... wasn't my face, and my body wasn't my own. It was the replica of the game's demon queen. Queen Evelin Phantom. Long black hair and bright red eyes with a busty figure and two horns curling on her head. I had really become the demon queen.

I stumbled back falling onto the floor. This had to be a dream, No way I was in the game. I touched my face, or the queen's face? Was it that pop-up? it must have been, there is no other explanation.

Deep breaths. Deep breaths. I need to take deep breaths. Okay, I need to find out what the timeline is. I stood up and my knees wobbled. Depending on the timeline my life could be in danger. I opened up the queen's closet and found a cloak.

The room was dark but had a few torches. After pulling one of the torches off the wall I walked out of the chambers. "you there!" I pointed at one of the guards.

A young man with white hair and red eyes "Yes ma'am!" he saluted and I could see the sweat on his face.

"What's your name?" I looked down at him though I doubt I looked very approachable with the queen's face.

The boy kept in his salute and seemed more anxious than when I first pointed him out. "Len Ma'am!" His stance wavered.

He seemed to find me intimidating. Even the other guard next to him seemed wary. This wouldn't work, I won't get anything done if people are scared of me. I just need to calm down and think. If I play my cards correctly I can make things work. I took another deep breath, right I need to make sure my subjects liked me, or that may be my downfall instead of the hero.

Unfortunately, I'm a gamer and a professional shut-in. What in the world should I say to him? Okay... Okay... what would Princess Harmony do? She's the pinnacle of being loved by her people. Her subjects adore her

I tried to soften my expression and put a hand on his head. "don't be nervous." I tried my best to smile.

Len flinched and his cheeks turned red. "U-um yes ma'am!"

That seemed like a good sign. "What's today's date, it must have slipped my mind."

He thought for a moment "July sixth, XXX."

As good of information as that was it doesn't do much for me since I'm unaware of the date from the game. "Could you escort me to my office? You seem like a capable young man."

The boy nodded and saluted again. "Yes! Of course your majesty!" He made contact with the other guard next to him who also saluted.

Len led me down the corridors each door adorned with teeth. A palace fit for a demon queen. The boy seemed less nervous and though I could still see the stiffness in the way he walked. If this was all real and I wanted to survive I'd have to do something about my reputation. After all in the game, a few of my subjects do betray me...

"here, we are your majesty!" Len opened the door for me.

I nodded "Thank you, why don't you stay? I appoint you as my personal guard effective immediately." He was the only guard I knew at the moment, I'll assign someone else when I look through the guard files or learn how to control the demon queen's powers. Though Len will do for now.

Len stiffened again but saluted "Yes ma'am I'll do my best!"

"I'm sure you will." I sat down at the desk and started to go through the various papers.

When I saw the various dates and records I sighed. This is the beginning of the conflict. We haven't gone to war and I haven't kidnapped the princess. That's good, it means I won't be decapitated. I should try and make peace with them.

What's the war even about? Maybe I should've stayed by Aria's side. no, that would have been suspicious. I went through tons of game forums... I know this one. I sat at the desk and looked through the rest of the papers.

The war was about, oh yes! The demon star inside the celestial palace. Tight, the demons wanted it back but it's the one item holding up the Celestial empires barrier.

The... Celestial empire! Princess Harmony! The princess exists in this world! The princess and I. "Len... no Sir Len. Go retrieve Aria this instant!"

"Yes ma'am!" Len ran off immediately!

Princess Harmony Galacti. If this is just the beginning then I have a chance to worm my way in. She's always been my favorite character and if this is all real then I'm about to shoot my shot. How could I not when faced with the chance to meet the princess?

This princess is truly remarkable, possessing stunning looks, exceptional intelligence, impressive skills, and a kind heart. She's undoubtedly the peak of the gaming industry. I've liked her since I was a kid and had every doll and every extra item. If I hadn't been so infatuated with the boy who sat two desks down from me in school I would have been one of those creeps who marries anime girls in real life.

Aria flew in and Len followed hind her. "My queen? what's wrong?" She floated near the front of my desk. "I thought you said you were going to rest?"

"Call all aggressions off towards The Celestial Empire."

"what? My queen!?! But they have the star!" Aria's jaw dropped. "What are you thinking?"

I put my hand up cutting off anything else she had to say. " Aria... I've fallen in love! you can't stop me now. Just do as I say! I have a letter to write."

Aria frowned but flew off, Len stood near the door. He looked confused but stayed in his proper position.

Okay, there had to be something to write with somewhere. A pen! Great! I'm glad it wasn't an ink and quill. I don't know how to use one of those. A letter, of peace to the Celestial kingdom. It seemed we had exchanged letters before and using those as reference I'm sure I can find a way to make this seem convincing.

If I could make peace then I can find the princess and win over her heart.

Mated To The Cruel Prince

And she believed him.  But then, the other one comes instead.  Dark, broody, ruthless yet dangerously handsome, everyone feared Prince Aldric. Now she has been dragged into the middle of the dirty politics played in the courts of Astaria, not to mention surviving the cold games played by the prince.  But all hope wasn't lost because the cruel prince could tempt her all he wants but he was never going to get the one thing he wants the most. To be loved. He would never have her heart!  Or could he?  ________ "What can you offer me, little human," He grinned, slow and cruel. She would make such a wonderful plaything.  "Please," She begged him, tears now gathering in her eyes, "Just let me go."  "Fine," He shrugged as if it was an easy request, "You can go."  "W-what?" She croaked, finding it hard to believe.  "Little human, you would find out my mind changes very easily." Those words sounded merciful yet she could sense the threat beneath.  But did he really mean?  Islinda didn't sit around to find out as she broke into a sprint. If there was even the slightest chance of him changing his mind, then she would take it. She would not give up hope yet.  She didn't know why but Islinda spared a look over her shoulder after a while and the blood drained from her face at what she saw coming.  Oh no, she just made a terrible mistake.  This was never freedom.  It was a hunt.  And she just became the prey.  _________ Note: This is a dark fantasy book and the male lead is a villain, so don't expect fluffy romance. What to expect? Death, gore, thick sexual tension, and explicit scenes. Also, it is not reverse harem. Gift magic castle = 5 bonus chapters! Come, let us have a wild hunt!

Arlan's gaze darkened with hatred. “If I knew I was betrothed to you, I would have killed myself before you even killed me!” Oriana mirrored the same emotions as him. He pulled out a dagger and offered it to her. “It’s not too late. Just slit your throat with this and you'll bleed out painlessly.” She accepted the knife, her fingers clutching its handle tightly. The next moment, he was pressed against the wall and the knife was on the right side of his neck. “How about I try it on you first, my betrothed?” “Feel free to try. But when you fail, this knife will first taste your grandpa's blood, then yours.” Anger rose in her eyes, and the next moment, blood was flowing through the right side of his neck. She cut deep enough to severe an important blood vessel. “You should not have challenged me,” she sneered and stepped back, waiting for him to collapse. He simply smirked and brushed his finger along the deep wound on his neck. “Seems like you failed.” She watched the wound on his neck heal on its own and felt shocked to her bones. “You.. what are you?” “Guess?” ----- Instagram- mynovel.20 Facebook- Author mynoveltwenty
