Chapter 971: For no reason

The young prince came out of the alley. He wore the most ordinary clothes he was able to find in the palace. Although those clothes also looked very luxurious, it wasn't enough to reveal his identity. 

Many people noticed a young child walking alone on the empty streets of the inner city. Even a few royal guards saw him along the way, but none of them recognised him. 

Even inside the palace, only a few people had seen the Prince who was the most protected person in the entire Empire. It was impossible for the city guards to know. 

The Prince innocently looked at the surroundings. He could see the streets that were filled with people. There were shops all around. 

No one recognised him. He felt the true freedom. People were not stepping out of his way so he could get past them. No one was greeting him while lowering their heads. More importantly, no one looked scared of him.
